I've made a few different orders now. The quality of the product is great every time, and the customer service is above standard!

I ordered the wrong size of a piece of clothing, they got in touch with me and like less than 24 hours and changed my order. Great customer service👍

The size I ordered was too small so I had to do an exchange. They offered me various options as alternative because I didn’t get a response at first and sending it back would be expensive (could still choose to send it back tho so they gave me the choice). Amazing costumer service, very kind people.

The clothes have very cheap quality, and the return policy is unbelievably bad. They do not provide a label and do not give any estimates about the cost of returning their items. It is absolutely unhelpful. The only thing they offer is a $10 voucher for the next purchase of their horrible clothes, which do not look like the pictures. The items are just a cheap stuff from Aliexpress

I ordered a shirt. It came with a stain. I emailed customer service and they said send pictures and I did. Then they said to wait to hear from them and I haven't heard anything. Stopping payment.

Lost wer hier kauft. Alles ist auf Aliexpress für weniger als den halben Preis zu finden, selbst mit all den „Sales“, die da angeboten werden.

Ich habe drei unterschiedliche Teile bestellt, die kamen auch pünktlich an, soweit alles ok. Leider sind die Stücke aber schlecht verarbeitet, überall schauen lose Fäden raus, die Nähte sind sehr unsauber und das Material fühlt sich billig an. Besonders ärgerlich ist das bei dem Body, da in der Produktbeschreibung stand, er sei aus Cotton, also Baumwolle. Der Body, den ich erhalten habe, ist laut Etikett allerdings aus 100 % Polyester und fühlt sich demnach auch so an – vom Geruch will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Produktbild auf der Website und das Produkt, das ich erhalten haben, stimmen einfach nicht überein und ich fühle mich etwas verarscht, vor allem für den Preis. Ich werde nicht noch einmal dort bestellen.

Great quality of products and perfect customer support

The fashion is super nice and sooooo cozy, fancy and unique - and with my 5 orders so far I only had one thing that didn't fit. The team just sent me the right size without complications :) I would order here again and again :)))
