Scam. Push back. I threatened to cancel the credit card payment they refunded $50 of the $117 overpayment - they charged me $234. I went to the government website and somehow - I'm still not clear - ended up at their website. Their defense is that they provide 'services' including 'liaising' on your behalf - how can you liase for me if you don't provide me an actual company name or phone number? Good news is that I was able to verify with the NZ gov that the travel doc was legit

A total SCAM! I have payed double than the official page because of Google. Why google have this scammers in the initial searches?????

Be careful, this site lists prices in USD instead of NZD, which makes you pay almost double the official price. I still don’t know if my application will even be legitimate once “approved.” ChatGPT gave me this link, but I should have known better.

If I could give this a lower score I would. This was a total scam. I paid for the emergency application as I was transitting NZ in 48hrs. This never came through and I had no recourse. Their helpline was nonexistent and the customer support email said I’ll get the response when they do and the 24hrs wasn’t guaranteed. Even though you can apply for an emergency visa. Absolutely ripoff

I too fell for the legitimate look of this site. They sent me an email saying my visa has been granted but I cannot find it in the NZ visa verification site. This is a scam and I agree that Google are in part responsible for allowing promotion of a scam site. Allowing sites to stealing people's money is less important than their profits!!

They charge me $234 for a $23 NZ ETA. Unfortunately, I only realized that after I approved the charge. I've then asked them to stop the application and refund the full amount.

I've contacted my credit card company and was told that I can only dispute the charge after it's posted.

AVOID this site.

Update: I did not receive any response from them on my request for cancel. Instead, I received email saying my visa has been issued. I have verified it's valid at nzeta.immigration.govt.nz. So, they did provide the service at 10x price:-( Buyer be aware:-)

This place is an absolute scam. They charge hundreds of dollars as a third party masquerading as an official site, do NOT encrypt your information including your passport number and personal details, and are NOT LOCATED IN NZ! STAY AWAY!

Applied for a NZeta for my wife. Then found out it is not the official no gov website. We are grumpy that we paid too much. Now also worried the data we provide are safe, and also if the NZeta is actually real. Avoid this site.

Scam website for applying for New Zealand ETA. They appear official like the New Zealand government official website but it is not. Apply through the NZeTA app. Avoid at all cost. I’m deadly afraid they stole my personal information and will sell it on the black market.

They are not the official website and will charge you 135USD for something that should be NZ$23. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not make it clear they are not the New Zealand gvt

Fraudulent site. Avoid at all costs.

I foolishly clicked on the first official looking link I found. Cost me USD 134 rather than the proper cost of NZD 20. I will now be spending many many hours of my energy getting this scam highlighted to as many people as possible. I will also be contacting the relevant jurisdictional authorities.

This site is vermin, I hope they sleep badly at night.

Same scam just happened to me, unfortunately. I should have known from all the misspellings on their website, but I was in such a rush at the time. I'm trying to cancel now, but they say it's non-refundable. However, nothing has gone through the system as I just submitted 5 minutes ago!

I foolishly partially completed an application for a NZ visa then realised the cost and did not submit. However I did start on the official site, I then received an email reminder to compete the application x 2 which I thought was from the official site, I was wrong. Now down £££ for my stupidity and not deleting their reminder emails which unfortunately do look official. Expensive lesson learnt. Avoid at all cost

This is not the official New Zealand government Web site. It is a scam site which will charge you four times the amount. They have stolen more than a hundred pounds from my bank account, for an ETA Visa which I have not received. I have attempted to abort the process and have requested a refund, but like others have had no luck in this regard. Google too is at fault here, by allowing a sponsored (paid for) scam site to appear first in their search listings.

They are trying to charge me four times as much as the official New Zealand site. And they have not provided me with the requested ETA visa.

Have reported fraudulent transaction to my bank. They claim their terms and conditions do not allow for refunds, but they are trying to charge me for a service they have not even provided. Having scammed me into using their site in the first place.

Google search at fault here too, for allowing them to pay their way to the top of the search results.

Disgraceful!! My boyfriend and I applied 5 days ago for this visa thinking it was the official NZeTA website (as it is the first thing that comes up when googling). My boyfriend still hasn't heard back but we had seen online that he could ask the airline to call NZ border to look at the pending application. Turns out there isn't even an application in his name!! We have subsequently missed our flight. They also charge 4 times more than the NZ Government website. We were told by NZ immigration that this is likely a scam so we cancelled our cards too...

This site is a fake! It is not associated with the New Zealand government and does not process your visa application.

Then web page does not declare that this is not the official government website (small print at the bottom of the page).
Their charge is more than three times the official rate and they do not do anything special.
I was able to do my wife’s visa is less time at the official site.
On complaining they are refusing any kind of refund (part or full).
At first instance I thought I was a victim of fraud and cancelled my card!!

The company very promptly answered my emails and have as a gesture of goodwill have agreed to refund some of my money!!

I have yet to receive any refund and my emails are being ignored. This sponsored website is a fraud as it does not provide any service that would not be provided to you free of cost on the official govt. website.
They pay money to Google and get top billing on searching. You could never tell unless you have been taken for a ride previously that this not the offficial website. They mention it in very small print at the very end of their page. Shame on you Google. You very well know what they are doing.
