My experience was amazing from start to finish , all the staff made me feel so comfortable and my dentist was the best , so welcoming and well looked after especially by Iman she organised everything for me texting me all the way through the process which made me feel a lot better … I love my teeth and finally Have my smile back , I would definitely recommend new era smile. Taner has been by my side from start to finish even my 1000’s of WhatsApp’s when I was home.

I had a few issues and had to come back put here but nothing was ever a problem and my return visits were quicker than trying to get an appointment back home!

The whole experience here with New Era has been faultless. They all work together like a 'Family' from receptionists, drivers, coffee bar, qualified dentists, managers right up to the Boss, so, so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The dentistry is amazing, the prices incredible, the clinic is bright, clean and relaxing. I even nodded off during my treatment one day! I truly cannot find one fault with 'New Era Smile' They are even trying to bring a branch to UK, which in itself would be terrific, fingers crossed for this. I was very sceptical but am leaving delighted.

1st phase of treatment was brilliant. The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. A massive thank you to everyone I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to have a new smile , new era is the best

Emax Veneers fitted, which I am very happy with. My partner also had crowns fitted which she loves. The staff themselves were extremely friendly. The price we paid was very competitive. Overall I would recommend to anyone considering veneers or crowns.

I couldn’t recommend new era smile enough, from start to finish from booking with them, they made it so easy booking our flights and accommodation. The minute we arrive at the airport they had transfers waiting for me, they communicated so well with me and my mum. They picked me up from hotel for treatment and was always on time with the pick ups, I was nervous but they made me feel so comfortable, they offered me and my mum drinks while we waited, all the staff are so lovely and friendly. While having treatment during the procedure it was pain free and couldn’t fault them for making me feel relaxed as much as possible, they provide you with anything you need after treatment like pain killers so everything is really organised.
On my day off in the clinic they took us to shopping centres and made sure we got to see what turkey is about and I just thought that was amazing. I noticed how clean the clinic is which is so important when going to dentist, I just think they’re all round professional and really do put their clients first In everything they do, the minute you walk through their door you’re their main priority and it makes you feel so good.
Cansu is the lovely lady that looked after us before we arrived to turkey and she did amazing job, she kept me and my mum smiling and communicated with us so well, she’s a credit to new era smile. Rasif did all my treatment and he did his very best to make sure I was ok and wanted me to have the perfect smile and he did just that I can’t thank him enough as he new I wasn’t the most confident when I walked into the clinic as I wasn’t happy with my smile, new era have changed my life for the better I now can’t stop smiling and the full trip was a huge success.
Even when leaving on our last day the transfer to take us back to the airport was spot on and on time, you really can’t fault any of it.
What you see on their social media is exactly what they are like in real life and you just can’t get better than that.
I have recommend this place to so many people and I’m so grateful this was the clinic we went to, I asked for a natural smile and I got that, thank you new era you gave me a confidence I never new I would ever get and you made that happen, also the aftercare as been amazing too and covered for 5 years if I need it in the future, from the bottom of my heart thank you love hayley and Alma

I had my teeth done by pln smile but was taken to new era smile, there's proof I have which is a photograph with there dental guide on my Facebook page & I had a horrible experience,

Both these clinic denied me being there but I have new era smile warranty on WhatsApp chat with my x-rays & a small red new era smile dental box that was for a teeth night guard, plus the photo in the building but was giving a false reply , staying I'd never been there & I can guarantee I was because I me people from Scotland in the hotel & Antalya plus ,y passport is stamped Antalya & pln smile is based in Izmir so I was being honest as trust pilot asks, now I was giving false information & the company glued my temp teeth in that were way too small & I said this immediately but the just chat in Turkish & don't pay attention to anything you say, so pln smile and new era smile ARE NOT AFFILIATED as 1 business but on ,y WhatsApp chats I've been told & have written proof these companies are definitely not affiliated, I had been giving dishonest then I find out the guide from pln smile who took me was named Can , was actually named siddiq , so false, fake name , it's his middle name so why would anyone give a different nam .?? Because these companies have done bad dental work on myself and many other patients who I met at the front door & some russian man smashed up the hotel fu this awful work , plus trust pilot reviews showing the clinic has to pay back thousands to a couple in England UK & were ashed to sign a declaration of silence 🤐 so they couldn't expose the company that messed up there dental work , just like the dif to me..

Avoid new era smile and pln smile

New era smile dental clinic in Antalya is just amazing . I had 6 on 6 implants and from planning to finish everyone treated me like a princess and made me feel very at ease. I am so pleased with my final result, thanks to all the team, love from Marie D x
