Absolutely amazing experience with New Era Smile. My boyfriend and I have just come back from having our teeth done, both had 24 zirconium veneers and both so so happy with the results! Right from my very first message to Vita, my fantastic co-ordinator, everything went so smoothly, she took care of all the organising and was so friendly and helpful we really can’t thank her enough! Vita really does go above and beyond making sure she provides the best experience to her clients she really is a credit to this company! Also, my dentist was incredible, the work he has done for me is absolutely amazing everyone is commenting on how nice and natural my teeth look, I was very nervous as I’m actually terrified of dentists but he made me feel at ease and made sure I had no discomfort throughout the procedure and it really wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be! I honestly can’t thank New Era Smile enough, nothing was too much trouble for this company they wanted to help you in every way they can even down to giving you lifts to shopping centres and making sure you get back to your hotel and airport. The best customer service I have ever received! I 100% recommend if you want your teeth done to get them with New Era Smile, you won’t be disappointed!

Initially I was very nervous going to Turkey to have dental treatment as I was travelling alone. Archey, Mert Yilmaz and every single member of staff at the clinic couldn’t have done any more to make me feel comfortable. All very professional and so, so friendly and helpful!!

I’m absolutely in love my with outcome of my teeth they look so natural which is exactly what I asked for. They listened to what I wanted and give me exactly that! I would 100% recommend New Era Smile to anyone looking to have any dental treatment.

I love to smile again. I am the worst person when it comes to needles or any sort of surgery. This was fine. The Dentist was incredible, any time I felt any sensitivity he would know, Hes an expert. Same dentist who did my brothers teeth, so this put me at ease also. The process was streamless and everybody in the clinc is so helpful and caring.
I chose New Era Smile Dental due to the fact that my brother chose the same place 14 months ago and he is so happy with the result. And now my best friend is getting the same in 5 days time. They are brilliant. Just Brilliant. I feel like a different person with my new teeth, Thank You New Era Smile Dental.

It's a massive step to go to another country for dental treatment not knowing what to expect, maybe going off other people's knowledge & experiences,and myself being very nervous, but I can honestly say that our experience was first class. The end result for my treatment looks better than I ever expected and I am so pleased with my teeth now. My partner had his first part of all on six implants top & bottom, already he is so happy and can't wait to go back in 3 months to have his new ones fitted. New Era Smile staff are very welcoming! Archey was amazing, he was our main point of contact, arranging pick ups to and from the airport and also back and forth to the clinic for treatment! I would highly recommend New Era Smile Dental.

Absolutely brilliant team and the best dentists always greeted with a smile by staff that will help you in every way possible. In my experience and opinion it’s the only place to go and get your teeth done. Came out Monday 1st June to have 24 crowns and 3 root canals. Turned out I didn’t need root canals so they refunded me for that difference. The care, aftercare and taxi service every day as been out of this world. If your debating going to new era then do it. You won’t be dissapointed! Big shout out to Tess and all the team. Thank you so much I love my new smile.

Just arrived back from New Era with my wife. We both had 24 crowns, I had 2 root canals and 3 fillings also. What can I say about new era…the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. If you’re thinking about going to turkey for your teeth then I can’t recommend New Era enough! Everything was flawless and so thorough. Archey was absolutely amazing, he goes over and beyond to please and nothing is ever a bother to him. He arranged everything and was brilliant and so helpful, explained everything in detail and is just a lovely person. All the staff are so helpful and so accommodating..they just want to help. My dentist Rasih was also amazing. I had a lot of work done and he was so professional and very thorough and made sure everything was perfect and I love my new teeth. They took us all out for dinner on the Thursday night to botegga and was an amazing night…it’s the little touches like that really make a difference. If you are thinking about getting your teeth done then I would 100% recommend new era. Thanks again everyone

My experience was amazing from start to finish , all the staff made me feel so comfortable and my dentist was the best , so welcoming and well looked after especially by Iman she organised everything for me texting me all the way through the process which made me feel a lot better … I love my teeth and finally Have my smile back , I would definitely recommend new era smile. Absolutely outstanding service! Started my journey in November and finally finished today! From meeting them in Cardiff the communication has been amazing.

All staff here are so caring and there is always someone with you to translate!

Taner has been by my side from start to finish even my 1000’s of WhatsApp’s when I was home.

I had a few issues and had to come back put here but nothing was ever a problem and my return visits were quicker than trying to get an appointment back home!

Amazing service from start to finish. Communication with Tess has been 10/10 - very fast response when I was in the UK and whilst in Antalya. She really made me feel at ease and answered all my questions.

The whole experience here with New Era has been faultless. They all work together like a 'Family' from receptionists, drivers, coffee bar, qualified dentists, managers right up to the Boss, so, so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The dentistry is amazing, the prices incredible, the clinic is bright, clean and relaxing. I even nodded off during my treatment one day! I truly cannot find one fault with 'New Era Smile' They are even trying to bring a branch to UK, which in itself would be terrific, fingers crossed for this. I was very sceptical but am leaving delighted.
