Friendly, informative, reliable and very fast - I would thoroughly recommend - we needed a detailed survey in a hurry and that was precisely what we got - plus they were happy to answer questions and advise on potential future developments on the house.

Accurate work with great communication
Ged was a pleasure to work with. Following a comprehensive site visit conducted in a safe and professional way, he provided accurate drawings in a very timely manner. Communication was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Cannot fault this company
Cannot fault this company. Did our survey really quickly with no fuss. A very comprehensive report with pictures. Gerard was also happy to discuss any problems and give additional advice. Also having phoned around to get quotes, his price was very reasonable.

Highly recommended home survey provider
We instructed Gerard of New Forest Surveying to conduct a survey of a home we were buying which showed it to be in a high risk flood area on various searches. Gerard was receptive to our concerns and duly carried out the survey on time and with a provisional verbal assessment by telephone on completion of the survey which was welcomed as we were not local to the property.
His written report followed the same day and was easy to understand, informative and highlighted some areas which I hadn't considered.
Gerard even offered on-going help and support with any of his observations.
We were very pleased with the service provided and would recommend highly.
