Purchased happysmile 35% carbamide…
Purchased happysmile 35% carbamide peroxide gels. I used these a few years ago and had amazing results and was so happy with how white they made my teeth.
Purchased again to "top up" my whitening and have used 3 of the syringes now with absolutely no effect. Its the complete opposite of what I received before... no sensitivity, doesn't whiten the gum if a little bit spills out of trays, and teeth haven't changed at all. I think there is no active ingredients in the gel this time at all.
Frustrating as I thought I found a really really good product!

I have used this company for years and have only had one complaint which was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. They have a customer service department who always answer any queries very quickly.
I use their own brand whitening gel and also a brand named product and both are excellent. The delivery from placing an order to receiving my goods was only two or three days.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company going on my own experience of them.
