This is the worst divorce service ever!! The experience has been terrible from start to finish. They lure you in with low upfront costs, but then hit you with unexpected fees just to file your documents with the court.

On top of that, they charge a $49 monthly fee just to access your account or speak with someone over the phone. The customer service is awful—operators are consistently rude, and I’m not even sure they’re based in the country.

I chose this service because it seemed convenient to handle everything online, but I truly regret not doing better research beforehand. A local attorney would’ve been more effective and possibly even cheaper.

If I could give this company -10 stars, I would.

I know that I should not have chosen this after the first negative review, but I thought that I could keep my fingers crossed. After the service that I have received then I am less than likely to suggest them. Whilst initially swift up front, it dragged on to far too long. Please do not use!

The truth is if I could leave no stars I would. My experience with this company is the absolute worst. Initially I got the forms pretty quick then I returned them within a couple of weeks. They received them back within 3 days and just held on to them for 3 weeks before they uploaded them for review and it wasn't for me following up they'd still be sitting on someone's desk. 6 more weeks pass by and they finally get approved to be filed with the court only to be stock at the mailing department that's been creating a label for 5 additional weeks. All while they're charging me renewal fees for service they are not providing. I'm totally going to sue these people DONOT absolutely DO NOT use them. You have better lock and even faster if you file it yourself.

These people are scammers and I will not stop until they give back every penny they took from me and the forms they've just sat on.
