Telephone advisors unbelievable rude and abnoxious let alone the tone truly awful.
I had a Pcn for £120 paid 2 instalments for £40 on time ,had one left that I missed on 28th, I was clamped on the 3rd for £461 if I didn’t pay would of gone to the pound with another £246 on top. Criminal .

I’m getting fake unpaid council tax letters addressed by other peoples names I did contact them once already and said I take the people behind this and Newlyn to court if it continues, I’m afraid for them I have to do that now . Latest fake letters received on Sunday. I will make you regret sending oh boy , just wait for it . Absolutely idiotic scammers .

Mohammed one of the worst stuck up rude advisors who sounds like he doesn't care about his job or how he speaks with customers needs more on the job training. They're not interested in payment plans expects you to make payment or if you can't then to send your bank statements sorry but I'm not gonna send you my personal details on finances your not Hmrc. And the response I got but you could be lying we don't know about your financial state. Since nowadays whose actually proud about speaking on their financial state with everything going up. If you agree to a payment plan say over 4 months then surely if you miss a payment your at fault but no he just wants to waffle on and over talk you and likes the sound of his own voice

Mistakenly put a clamp on my vehicle!

When I contacted head office the first time they told me to contact the Baliff. When I contacted him, he was incredibly rude and said “I’m not working and if I was telling the truth it would be sorted tomorrow!” I then contacted head office again after presenting evidence to the Baliff (who still thought I was lying) and they had informed the Baliff to remove the clamp. I contacted him and he still said tomorrow.

The clamp is now off my car, but the service and attitude of the Baliff was disgusting! What ever your circumstances, nobody should be spoken to like that! If you hate your job so much, get another one!

Head office gave me an apology for the mistake and stress caused, but I did lose money on uber eats delivery that evening!

Newlyn PLC is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are completely unreliable and only focused on collecting money, regardless of whether the charges are legitimate. In my situation, I moved into a new home where the previous tenant had unpaid council tax. Despite us paying everything on time, they refuse to acknowledge that we are not responsible for the outstanding debt.

My debit card was hacked and used to make a payment to Newlyn PLC. All other fraudulent transaction attempts failed but Newlyn PLC obviously don't care where the money is coming from.

Think they have learned now that they aren’t getting their money, they chose to buy a debt that didn’t concern them & wasn’t any of their business, but I don’t think they liked it that I tracked down their debt collector & company directors. Hopefully they have learned.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very harsh and had no understanding of my situation. Set unrealistic payment plan.
This company should understand people’s financial problems especially with the cost of living situation the way it is. Very rude and unprofessional company.

What is this all about is this about parking fines ? They have just tried to take £280 out my bank but thankfully my bank stopped this.

Would not even let me finish my sentence, set the instalment bar very high and unrealistic fee. They are supposed to be fair, helpful but I completely felt unheard as he hung up on me in the middle of the call. This in the long run causes my debt fees to rise indefinitely due to the agent's rude attitude and tone. How are we expected to settle the arrears with such unprofessional staff/agents at hand?

Horrible, bullying, completely lacking in human decency. Will laugh in your face when you're obviously upset when an agent turns up. Truly evil people.

My CC got scammed and someone used it to pay to NEWLYN £200. I've called them and sent an email and instead of apologising they decide to teach me how to get my money back. Obviously a sad firm that will take anyone's payments without checking their details. sad company

PUT ALL YOUR LETTERS EMAILS ETC FROM THEM TO YOU IN CHATGPT
PUT IN DOWN WHY YOU THINK YOU HAVE A LEGAL CASE IN CHATGPT.
IF CHATGPT SAYS YOU HAVE A CASE ASK CHATGPT TO PRINT OUT A LEGALLY PHRASED LETTER QUOTING THE LAW ANDSENDIT BACK TO NEWLYN SAYING YOU ARE CONTESTING THEIR CLAIM.
THEIR USUAL RESPONSE IS TO SEND THESAME LETTER AGAIN AND AGAIN IN DIFFERENT FORMATS.
IF THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER YOUR LETTER LEGALLY THEN GO TO COURT THROUGHTHE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Newly is one company who harassed the people every day in the UK it's not needed be free for that.

Absolutely the worst debt company I’ve dealt with!! Stuck in the Middle Ages !! Abrupt and rude!!!

Trying to get money from me for fines which do not relate to me. Took me nearly a year to get it resolved as they don't reply to any emails. Scam company

Compleat scam do not do anything except block there number I typed in random postcode and still came up with a dept that’s outstanding lol compleat nonsense shame there our people out there who will get caught by this

Hoodlums and bullies that will do all the illegal activities tp try to get money from you. Warning me that they will clamp my car for a PCN ticket that was not received by me. My 2 young kids were traumatised of the way they communicated and harassed me at our own home. How do they even sleep at night. The most horrible disgusting people you will ever interact and meet.
