I have been buying from Liftmode/Newmind since 2015, and I have never had an unpleasant experience. After more than 40 orders in the past 6 years I have received everything promptly, and in the instance or two where there was an issue they rectified it immediately. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a loyal vustomer for years and am continually impressed with the level of committed service and attention to all of my questions. I recommend this company to all the people in this field and I can honestly say they have the best customer servive ive ever had online. Excellent company with an incredibly helpful staff.

I wish I could give 10 stars. The customer service at NewMind is outstanding, always lightning fast and helpful, (Listen everyone, I can own it, any problems have come from my end, not NewMind) and the quality of the product and the work these guys put in on the documentation that comes with the chemical itself is outstanding. Newmind is very professional and legally sound sourced company I’ve used in my 5 years of chemical purchasing. The formal approval process is fantastic and smooth for legitimate customers.

Any missed shipments that have not reached my mailbox, I contact them over email and same day they 95% of the time reship my purchase with no extra charges. (Besides weekends)

The shipping options are varied with plenty of options and almost always a free shipping service all the way up to early morning overnight delivery if ever necessary

The documentation and testing results supplied with the chemicals is extremely reassuring in the sense that you know you have almost always 99% purity(maximum practically possible) with certified minuscule safe amounts of any other byproduct in the end reagent.

I would give Newmind A 6/5 rating if I could because hands down this is the company of upmost professionalism, highest quality product sales and resoundingly satisfactory customer service and responsiveness.

NewMind asked me to write an honest review about them and their products since I been a customer with them for some months now, and what I can honestly say is this company is the real deal! I am getting no payment of any kind from them nor do I work for them, so this is a very real review! The highest quality products, n whenever I email them with a question or something, they get back to me with accurate answers within a day or so! These guys and their company are doing a great job in every way!

I normally don’t leave reviews due to my hectic schedule, but I felt compelled to do so because Sammy and Leo offer the best customer service I have received in years! Everything is always shipped on time, every time, Anytime I have a question I gets answered within an hour, and the customer appreciation is just out of this world! Every company should be ran this way!

I have been a high volume ordering customer for Synaptent (both Newmind and Liftmode) for nearly 5 years now. (Meaning at least 1-2 orders every week of multiple items.)

In general, the ordering experience is reliable, timely, consistent, and satisfactory. On the infrequent occasion that there has been a mistake, or issue with shipping, customer service has responded within 4 hours, every time, and resolved it to my satisfaction.

A good example is a pair of orders several months apart this year. One was an unknown company/UPS issue, another a simple minor mistake. Both times I wrote to address the issue, they responded almost immediately, and had issued a re-ship of the product via overnight delivery at their expense.

My UPS driver even remarked a couple of times that he's not aware of any other businesses who go to those lengths to keep their customers satisfied.

I have written a few other positive reviews over the years, but I felt it was worth adding on my UPS guy's comments for the recent interactions. Given the meltdown Chicago seems to be wading through these days, Synaptent seems to be as rock solid and customer-focused as ever.

This company is absolutely fantastic. They respond extremely nicely and respectfully to all emails, and honestly genuinely cares about good business. I had to make a return (because of me being stupid and ordering the wrong thing) and even though I had opened their product they still gave me a full refund. Anytime I ordered with them it’s a great experience AND I even offered to pay all return shipping expenses and they refused to do anything but refund in full. Great company and great people

Have zero worries when ordering from this vendor. They are very responsive, never late, patient and professional.
From the excellence in shipping times to the extremely nice containers everything comes in.They are hard plastic, clearly labeled, and just look good. You wont get a bag with some sharpie on it from here! You will get a scoop for estimated amounts. a thick paper card explaining the scoop. dadasheet on what you ordered... stay fresh packs with your product.. i could go on and on.
I have loved the years of service they have given me. Oh yeah the Platinum membership discount thanks Newmind! The more you buy the more of a discount [although minimal] it is something!

Newmind is a high quality vendor with great products. Customer is service is top notch and they typically reply to emails within the day. I've had packages arrive early and they always seem to ship orders the same day the order is placed. They provide proof of purity with every order; Something that is very hard to find these days.

I've had great experience with new mind. They are a very professional company that truly appreciates their clientle. I have a history with chemistry and reagent testing. Customer service was through the roof. In the process of making payment arraingments. Leo and Sammy showed nothing but patience with me, and finally set me up with a cash app payment method.
