I can't stress enough about the high level of quality and ca re that Newmind provides! This company is exactly how business should be done. High quality products and amazing custom service! No I am not an employee of Newmind, nor am I affiliated with them in any way. I am just a very satisfied customer who appreciates a company that is dedicated to its customers.
For example, I placed an order from Newmind and payed for "Next day air" shipping from UPS (which cost around $20). My package ended up arriving a day late because of weather issues. Newmind offers a money back guarantee if the package doesn't arrive on time. This is pretty standard practice. I contacted Newmind and let them kniw of my situatiin and they promptly refunded the shipping cost. Later that day I placed another order with Newmind. This time I just used the free shipping option (which they generously offer). My package arrived the very next day!!! Apparently they upgraded my shipping to next day delivery without even having to ask! They didn't even mention it to me. They just did it without feeling the need to brag about it or try to prove how good of a company they are (which they are!). It was a lovely surprise and it was very thoughtful of them. This to me says a lot about a company and their dedication to their customers. Actions speak louder than words!
Not only is their customer service absolutely amazing, but their products are top notch! I have a lot of respect for this company, and anyone who is curious about trying out Newmind can do so with complete confidence that they will recive great products and great service!

I have been a customer of Newmind for awhile now and can honestly say they are the best company I have ever had to deal with online. They go above and beyond what I would expect whenever there is a question or concern. My latest encounter was with an issue with a payment process and it not accepting my payment. They offered another process and I got the invoice paid that afternoon. The next day my package was at my door by noon. I wasn't expecting my package for a few days as I paid for it Friday afternoon and had just used the free shipping option. I looked back and they had shipped my order overnight a few hours after I paid for it. It's this kind of service that will keep me as a long term customer. There are other occasions I could write about, but the bottom line is they take care of their customers. I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the good work!

I've placed a handful of orders with Newmind over the last 6 or so months. After placing my last order I went out of the country for several weeks. Upon returning, the products I ordered had been delivered. But when I checked my email, I discovered an email from Newmind stating that my account has been placed in inactive status and I would no longer be able to place orders in the future. There was zero explanation on why they were disabling my account. This email was sent the day after they shipped my products. Since I didn't see this email until 3 weeks after they sent it, I was like screw it, I'm not calling them to find out why. If they can't take the time to explain to me in an email why my account has been disabled, I'm not going to take the time to call them for an explanation. Clearly they don't care about losing a customer.

There are so many other reputable nootropic vendors - Nootropics Depot and Ceretropic to name a few. I've used Nootropics Depot much longer and only recently started using Newmind. They just lost a quality customer and I will no longer recommend their products. I highly recommend trying Nootropics Depot's Polygala, Sulbutiamine, and Noopept. I've never received a product from them that was not top quality. I just ordered 4 products from ND today and already received an email that they have shipped. Now that's customer service!

Best Shipping and customer service. At first i received a damaged product of tianeptine and they were right there to replace it. They even over nighted it for me.

I want to take a moment to express how great it has been doing business with Newmind. Their service is excellent from how they outline the products sold on their website to payment and shipping options. Every time I have ordered something it has been shipped to me almost immediately. On my last order I pulled up a previous shopping cart of which I never got to finish. When I finalized the order they processed and shipped it out no questions asked only a few hours later. There was no need to go back and find everything again and no issues with stock. I keep racking up discounts and rewards and depending on my total I can have my order sent second day air for nothing. It keeps getting better with time. Newmind is just excellent and I give them the highest recomendation possible.

I just want to say your company is the best! Thank you for the extremely quick response and turn around for replacing the post offices mistake. Your product has always been superior and now I know your customer service is top notch. the best I have ever seen by a business. My order was lost in the mail and I expected to wait a day or so to hear from support. Someone emailed that same night!! During that next day my order was replaced and shipped. I am proud to say I am a new mind customer.

I ordered on Monday and paid for 2 day shipping. Didn't receive the package until Friday. I emailed them on Sat telling them what happened and on Monday was contacted by Newmind with the options of a store credit or cash refund. Great customer service!

I have been using NewMind for close to a year now and it's been a very positive experience. They always supply high quality products, the orders always ship fast and everything is always packaged neatly and very professionally.

Ill start by saying that in no way was this their fault; I ordered the wrong product and contacted them to see if we could possibly switch it out, I would pay for return shipping. Low and behold they contact me within the next 5 hours to let me know that as soon as I get my order to contact them and they would send out a return label free of charge to send me out the correct item once they receive the product back. Their customer service has been excellent since I've used them for over the last year never, ever, ever doubt their quality products and service.
