Responsive and keen to help with specific deadlines
Emailed to ask whether the deadlines on the website were accurate, got very quick reply saying to email when the proofs were sent with the deadline, and we received our paper on the exact date expected!

really great service. nice website and they want to make sure your newspaper will be perfect. it took from uk to germany 5 days. incredible! no extra payment for duty.

Thrilled! Wonderful experience
I made a small order (2 papers) using the broadsheet template. I followed instructions which they made very simple and user-friendly. The print turned out perfectly! I am thrilled with the quality. They were also delivered very quickly and care had been taken to make sure the papers stayed smooth.
In addition, they sent me three papers and I couldn’t figure out why at first. Then I noticed a small tear in one of them. The fact that they caught that and sent an additional is so thoughtful and appreciated.
