Really easy and straight forward, Elliot was always available on the phone to help us with the process of the mortgage and questions about our moving process. Fantastic experience, would recommend.
Elliott provided advice for a mortgage and then subsequently a re-mortgage. We were faced with exceptionally difficult and damanding circumstances with the original mortgage due to issues with auction-acquired property; Elliott was helpful, knowledgable, and speedy throughout all of the ensuing disussions. With the re-mortgage, one could see forthcoming adverse market movements about to occur, so speed was of the essence. Elliott very speedily came back with lots of different prices for the different options requested of him. Moreover, the prices came with his valuable insights and advice. Information, explainations and advice have continued since the re-mortgage as I have sought to lean against his excellent knowledge of the mortgage market.
Elliott guided us through our first ever mortgage and now on to our 2nd and 3rd remortgages. He works incredibly hard to understand our needs and to secure us the best possible outcome. He’s always open, reliable and an incredibly safe pair of hands. Thank you.
