Always helpful to answer any questions. Value for money buying a car this way. This is the third new car I have bought from them. Kept to promised delivery dates. Did not have to pay for the car until I was satisfied that it was in prime condition.

This is the third new car we have bought with the help of Ryan and Harley at New UK Cars Ltd. Each purchase was handled efficiently in a friendly fashion and we were supplied all paperwork by email giving a written record and we could easily contact them by phone when needed. Though there was a long delay at the factory for a the specific model we wanted, we were kept informed throughout. A few of the high street dealer frills were not available, but the heavily discounted price more than made up for this. The car was supplied exactly to our order and handover was completed seamlessly, and all paperwork promptly delivered. Payment by bank transfer was acknowledged quickly.

Overall an excellent way of buying a new car. We have encouraged all our friends to use this service. We have also used their associated selling service, Motorway, quickly obtaining very good prices.

Very nice and friendly but efficient, gave comprehensive information, good price. Car delivery was delayed but not the fault of this company!

I was apprehensive about buying a car online especially as NewUKCars had just changed its name which always leads to doubts. But I did the background checks (Companies House etc) and the same people were in place (Ryan and Harley Bennett) which gave some comfort.
I had nothing to worry about as the service was excellent, communication top notch and the prices very good (the discount on my Kia was twice what I could secure from a main dealership).
The car was delivered when promised direct from a Kia dealership and was faultless.
It’s also reassuring to have an honest payment arrangement with a small deposit (they encourage payment of this by credit card for customer protection) and final payment only after delivery and inspection.
Ryan and Harley were always on hand to answer questions without delay.

I managed to get an excellent discount on my new car. The process was easy to deal with, and the communication from Harley was excellent, both by email and by phone. Except for a small deposit, I only had to pay for the vehicle once it had been delivered to my home and I had inspected it. Would definitely use again.
