First time using New Vehicle Solutions so wasn't sure what to expect. Damian I spoke to was very helpful and informative as to my needs. Agreed on my new car and everything went smoothly. Car arrived as planned and Very pleased with it. Will look to use them again when due to renew next time.

I was doing the rounds around the local area searching for a new van and when I entered new vehicle solutions I knew I would purchase a van from them. All the staff from admin team through to senior management have all been brilliant, the process was easy and always informed, a very professional set up & in the future will be my first place to go for my next vehicle.

3rd time I been with this company and can't fault it at all. Right from the start through to the end and taking delivery of my new Ford Transit Custom I was kept updated all the way.

You'll see a lot of companies all over the net that will offer you this and that but if you havnt given these a go then you need to before you make that decision.

I'll be back again when it's time for renewal, big mention to Claire and Sian- Thanks again for all your efforts and help.

We were looking for some new vans and Lee from New Vehicle Solutions contacted us following a recommendation. As we were having a weekend away in Cardiff he kindly agreed to meet us at their showroom on the Saturday morning and sent over a quote later on. We placed the order the following Monday and received the two vans (complete with roof bars) the following week. The service we received was excellent - especially Daniel and Mollie and also the drivers who delivered the vans. We will certainly ring you first when we need more vans!

Claire was extremely helpful, very friendly and was quick replying to my many emails.

Having used Claire at New Vehicle Solutions for our first vehicle, it was a no brainer to return for our second. From initial contact on a saturday - we had a tailored quote and additional options within an hour or so on the same saturday. From order to delivery was within a week - same 5* service as usual from Claire and the admin team. The Ranger Wildtrak is absolutely superb and we are more than happy with it. Will not hesitate to return for vehicle 3 and more once the time comes. I wont even shop around next time as they can hands down beat on price, customer service and honesty.
