Don't like if I get answers wrong
Don't like if I get answers wrong, I have to start over and pay again.
Did it live and got a couple of answers wrong but my instructor explained it to me and I still received certificate.

We do want to let you know that our course offers unlimited retakes — you are welcome to retry any quiz as many times as needed until you pass. I told this once
I told this once. It was the most boring session that I've used for defensive driving. No interaction. Also this time, there were problems with signing in, which I usually don't have a problem with. I will not use New York safety councils course again.
