Don't touch any Nexigo product with a barge pole. I paid £2.5k for Nexigo projector, 2 years later laser engined died. Their advert stated 20k hours of useage average lifespan. Even if I used it 2 hours a day (which is probably much lower as I travel 50% of the time and don't use it much generally), that would be 8% of it's expected life. They want to charge $400 for repairs. This makes me think they deliberately build poor quality products in order to charge for repairs...

They asked me to mail my broken projector and they would send a replacement. They refuse to send the replacement, it is still under warranty.

After buying their device 11 months ago the no signal image began to appear and then a bright blue block. The only options they have provided me was 60% off another device or I can post it to the states and they will ‘investigate’ and then decide what they will do…leaving us without a TV for weeks/months. #nexigopj40 should be a don’t buy for anyone interested. The absolute worst part is the correspondence from their team which I will share later. They basically put their fingers in their ears and stopped replying to emails.

Bought a projector to ship to Portugal, first of all the shipping rates were extremely high, but since I really wanted the product I bought it anyways, then after a few days they refund me saying it was out of stock and thats it, I went to the webpage and saw that you could still buy the product so it was not out of stock, they just didn't want to send to Portugal most likely, the worst online business ever

I like the product but is already broken after 4 months. I mailed them and they came up with a solution. When I asked for more information about a certain solution they stopped responding. I did send 4 more emails, I'm waiting for response!!! One month later and still nothing, wasted my money on their product. Never buy here, no customer service.

These people filter the reviews on their site, dont believe anything you see there. No negative reviews at all?

Absolutely awful experience. Tried to arrange a return but they refused - saying I could only buy the same one and be refunded via Amazon. Except the product is no longer sold on Amazon UK. They stopped emailing about solutions. Their extended warranty means nothing. They should cease trading in the UK.
Do not buy any products from them.
Eventually sorted it with Amazon using insurance coverage.

I bought their most expensive 4k AI powered webcam.

1. There is no AI
2. it is not 4k
3. the menu is reversed thus you cannot change the settings
4. there is no nightmode, you can't even use it with warm light because it's super dark
5. everything about this cam is just a false advertisement
6. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!
