Working with Mr Kunl Patel and his team ( Dilu and Marc) at Y3S was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire mortgage process and made what could have been a stressful journey felt surprisingly easy.
Their guidance was clear, patient, reassuring at every stage. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured I always felt informed and confident in the decisions I was making.

Narinder handled my BTL mortgage…

Narinder handled my buy-to-let mortgage and was absolutely amazing! The process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Great communication throughout and a really fast turnaround. I’ll definitely be going back to Narinder for my next property!

Exceptional Service and Support from Start to Finish

I had the pleasure of working with Kunal from Next3Gen UK Finance as my broker for a bridging loan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kunal went above and beyond at every stage, he was calm, clear, and completely on point, even when things got intense. His professionalism and steady approach gave me confidence throughout what could have been a very stressful process.
