The suction cup on my dashcam had failed. I tried to revive it to no avail. I thought it would be too expensive to replace from Nextbase, but I was pleasantly surprised. Works perfectly and good value for money.

Great value genuine replacement part. I had to order a new suction cup section after my old one failed. I’m guessing after so many heat cycles sitting stuck on the windscreen the rubber suction cup started to degrade so it wouldn't stick to the screen when the lever was pushed. I’ve had this dashcam for 5 or so years so it’s had a decent amount of use. I was pleasantly surprised to find this genuine part online and at a reasonable price. Ordered and delivered quickly it was an easy straight swap so I’m now back up and running with a working dashcam, an essential item on the lawless U.K. roads.
