Ordered 23 Nov, it’s now 11 Jan. No order has been received, two emails have been sent, no response. Avoid the company, especially if you have an overseas address as the USPS will not be able to help you and will say to contact the company and have them check into it.

Item charged to my credit card before item was documented as being ordered, Phone number on website is not working, no response to email request asking where item is. 10 days after order the website still says processing order. Zero customer service, should have looked at other reviews before ordering. Will not deal with again.

A crappy company that will take your money and never respond to you. They are either thieves or incompetent, but the net result is you will be ripped off if you buy anything from them. Ignore the 5-star reviews, they are as fraudulent as NextLevelA is. I hope the owners of this clown show lose all their money, that's what they deserve.

Never got product ordered. Emailed to ask where it is, never got a reply. I checked numerous times trying to track order, all I get is processing order 2 months later. Absolutely no customer service, avoid at all costs!

I purchased the dinosaur mug as a Christmas present, which was delivered cracked.I have written customer support with pictures and have not received a response. Very poor customer service :(.
