An emergency situation. My Extractor fan broke down in the Restaurant. Out of ours. I made a phone call a young man called Kyle answer. He was so helpful he came to his depot open the door 10 o’clock at night and got me a fan and and the essential that goes with it. He also advised me that if I need any help installing it, I should call him what an amazing service. This kind of service is hard to find. I cannot recommend this place enough, keep it up guys thank you.

I want to say a big thank you to Cristian, my fan went down last night and needed a new one today to be here same day and he managed to get one to me within 3 hours, so I can open as normal this evening.
He was very helpful on the phone and I really appreciated someone so helpful it’s rare these days. Thank you again.

I will not recommend this company to anyone, I have returned the item few weeks back and received email today saying that they have received the item and they are checking it.after many phone calls and emails, never use this company again,

Paid for the fan plus £20 for next day delivery.
Being a Friday latest it should have arrived on the Tuesday. When I phoned on Tuesday they had no record of my order, it seems that they had missed the purchase mail on there computer. Then phoned again Wednesday asking where my purchase is and was told it would get shipped out today which was Wednesday . I did not receive my shipment until the Thursday which is 7 days later and also no tracking on the shipment . Very disappointed
