Stayed at the NH Porto Jardim hotel - an EasyJet hotel. Very good - lovely staff, good breakfasts, spotless rooms, quiet & functional. Only a short walk from Porto’s sights.

Camera freddissima ti danno una seconda chiave così almeno il riscaldamento non si spegne poi la mattina la donna delle pulizie la riporta alla recessione e camera gelata il risultato è che se non volete ammalarvi non ci andate d'inverno perché è freddissima per non parlare della polizia decisamente approssimativa

My stay at NH Collection Copenhagen was truly fantastic from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by warm, friendly staff who made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The service felt personal, attentive, and professional throughout my entire stay.

The food was a wonderful highlight, especially the breakfast, which offered a great selection of fresh, high-quality options for every taste. You can really tell that attention to detail and quality are important here.

The room was modern, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day exploring Copenhagen. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. The combination of outstanding staff, excellent service, delicious food, and beautiful rooms makes this hotel a place I would happily return to. Highly recommen

Stayed at Casa Suecia Madrid. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Concierges. Good room. Clean and well equipped. Good in-room coffee/tea and fresh bottled water each day. Amazing roof bar/ terrace for sundowners!!
Downside - rooms poorly lit
Bad experience in Restaurant on arrival with belligerent Maitre D and poor food. Pork was dry and overcooked.

Los puntos no me los dan porque mi programa está referenciaod a mi nombre , a mi correo y a mi documento de identidad Se excusan porque si mi pasaporte en lugar de mi DNI Absurdo

Muy mal el trato, no me hicieron la habitación, llego a las 5 de la tarde y está sin hacer. No me dicen nada,al pedir hoja reclamaciones ofrecen hacerla más tarde; no me contestan a mi reclamación. Totalmente indefenso.

NO SOIS PET FRIENDLY Hotel al que hemos acudido varias veces y que siempre nos había gustado, pero esta última estancia ha sido muy decepcionante.
Se publicitan como pet friendly, nos cobran 20 € por noche por el perro y nos hacen firmar normas donde se indica que no puede quedarse solo en la habitación. Sin embargo, a la hora del desayuno nos dicen que no podemos acceder con el perro y que debemos dejarlo solo en la habitación,contradiciendo sus propias normas.

Esta falta de coherencia demuestra que el concepto pet friendly es solo publicidad. No desayunamos en el hotel y nos fuimos con una sensación muy negativa.
Si aceptan mascotas, deberían adaptar los espacios o ser mucho más claros desde el principio.

Très mauvaisee expérience auprès de Nh HOTELS, après une obligation d'annulation de séjour a Andorre dû à une panne de véhicule nous avons été contraints également d'annuler notre réservation pour le repas du réveillon de Noël (3 personnes ) auquel nous avions versé un acompte correspondant à 50% , ils sont restés complètement fermés au remboursement de cet acompte malgré la situation, aucune empathie, aucun geste commercial, aucune humanité malgré la renommée de cet établissement je le conseillerai à personne !!! Voleur !

Nh lingotto Congress Hotel. Mi sono fermata una notte per una convention di lavoro. Bellissima location all’interno del comprensorio Lingotto a Torino . Tranquillo pur essendo in centro città Comodo con la metro a 2 passi, pulito, ottima colazione, servizio cordiale e personale disponibile. Prenotato tramite portale last-minute . Atmosfera suggestiva. Non è sicuramente economico ma il costo del soggiorno vale l’esperienza. Grazie

We have just ended our stay at NH Amistad in Cordoba, in Andalucia. What a fabulous hotel in a fabulous city. I always say the staff make any business and the staff at this hotel, all of them from Reception, to Housekeeping, to restaurant were absolutely lovely. Speaking languages, smiling, couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, just a super experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, highly recommend, will return, thank you

Gutschene die über Animod Verkauft werden und ich bei ebay gekauft habe würden im Hotel sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Mir wurde dafür ein überteuertes Zimmer angeboten obwohl die Guteschen weiter Verkauft werden.
Keine Anreise erstattung dafür sehr unfreundliches Personal-

This is the first time that such an incident happened and we are frequent travelers

Me and my husband where in Hannover for one night to go to do some check ups in the hospital,
In the morning before going to the hospital we wanted to have breakfast,the receptionist said this is our restaurant on the left ,
And would you like to keep your bag with me in the reception,
And thinking that it was normal ,
Any respected responsible hotel ,
That is done casually,
We stayed half an hour,
Upon leaving we asked for a taxi and our luggage
The receptionist said I can’t find it
The police came saw the cameras
A man was waiting outside the hotel
With his phone
Came in got our bag and left while we were in the restaurant.

Tous les hôtels que j ai fait étaient très bien en revanche zéro je dit bien zéro possibilité de joindre le groupe pour des explications sur le fonctionnement de la chaîne on m a transmis 5 adresses mail pour poser des questions et les réponses étaient toutes à côté de la plaque et quand on demande d être joint par un responsable nous n avons plus jamais de nouvelles dommage en tant que Platinium d abandonner cette chaîne hôtelière pour leur manque de gestion !

NH Erlangen: wir waren im September dort. Sehr gute Anbindung, angenehm ruhig trotz Innenstadtlage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gut gepflegtes Ambiente, einladender Eingangsbereich mit gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Bar. Kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet, gute Matratzen. Gute Idee sind die Leihschirme am Eingangsbereich. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.
