5 Stars – Outstanding service from start to finish – NHC Group are in a league of their own
I run a 22-bed care home and have used NHC Group for a large number of items including an assisted bath, dining tables and chairs, divan beds, mattresses, headboards, and profile beds with airflow mattresses.
They have been absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, Paul Keville bent over backwards to look after us. He gave us the best possible price on the assisted bath and even prioritised our order by giving us another customer’s slot who wasn’t in a rush. This cut our delivery and installation time by two-thirds.
Paul also beat every competitor on price for our dining tables and chairs. He was happy for us to order in batches as we gradually ramped up occupancy, which really helped with cash flow and logistics. When we came back six months later for the final batch, Paul and Joseph Wall worked incredibly hard to honour the original pricing even though the list price had increased significantly. That level of loyalty and support is rare.
The quality of the products is excellent, easily the best we’ve seen, yet they still managed to beat everyone on price.
Delivery has always been very quick, especially on beds and high-back chairs. What really surprised me was the delivery team. When we ordered 22 three-quarter divan beds with mattresses and headboards, I expected them to just drop them off. Instead, the guys assembled every single bed in the residents’ rooms. They were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile without being asked. Absolute credit to them.
NHC Group have consistently shown me that I’m a valued customer. Because of the way Paul, Joseph, and the whole team have looked after us, I have no hesitation in saying they will be my supplier of choice for all future care home needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service from Gary and Leanne. Gary telephoned to confirm the order and Leanne kept me updated with delivery information. I'm very happy with the bed and hopefully our son will enjoy it in his new bedroom. I feel it's rare to get this level of customer service these days so I was really pleasantly surprised by this.

Excellent Service and product
Ordered bed on Tuesday and was delivered and installed at the care home where I was going on the following Monday. I was very pleased with service. A couple of issues arose but were dealt with efficiently.

I have been dealing with Gareth Hall, Nothing is too much trouble, he goes above and beyond, Gareth has been very helpful, communication has also been excellent, we ordered 3 beds but missing parts Gareth sorted this very quickly for us.

Assisted Bath Replacement

Great service, quality products
Gary from NHC was very helpful from the start to finish, communication was perfect. I enquired about a profile bed for my father and he advised me on the best choice of bed and mattress. Gary also arranged for delivery for the date requested .The price was very reasonable and quality great.

Excellent service and products
We have been using NHC Group Ltd as our supplier for our care home equipment for around a month. Our main point of contact Paul Keville who has provided an excellent service. His knowledge of products. deals and their availability is really good. NHC have prompt delivery times and products are always of a good standard... and the complementary tin of biscuits was a bonus!! We are excited to continue to work alongside Paul and his team in the future!

A caring company with great experience!
We here at Marquis Court have used NHC for over 10 years, we are yet to find anything that has not fulfilled our needs here. From the quality of the beds to the hoists and standaids. We have a long standing relationship with Gareth who always strived to help us whenever we needed it. Emma is now the one who gets stuck with our problems and deals with anything we need efficiently. We would strongly recommend any care provider to have a chat with those at NHC if needing equipment.
