This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I placed an order for a jersey and waited over a month, during which I was given delivery estimates indicating it would arrive this week or next. After all that waiting, I was notified at the last minute that the item was actually out of stock and my order was cancelled. This means the item was either never available in the first place or was oversold — both are unacceptable.
Letting customers wait more than a month for an order that cannot be fulfilled is a complete failure of inventory management and customer communication. By the time the order was cancelled, the jersey was sold out everywhere, eliminating any chance to purchase it elsewhere.
The only “compensation” offered was a 25% off coupon, which is insulting given that the item cannot be reordered. A refund is the bare minimum it does not compensate for wasted time, broken delivery promises, or missed purchasing opportunities.
This company should not be selling items they cannot guarantee fulfillment for. If you care about reliability or timely delivery, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
