I honestly regret ordering from Niamh’s shirt company. The customer service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I either got ignored or received very vague replies that didn’t help at all.

The shipping took way longer than advertised, and there were barely any updates throughout the process. I was constantly left wondering where my order even was because tracking information either didn’t update or wasn’t provided properly. It became really frustrating having to chase them for basic communication.

Cancelation is horrid, wont let you cancel even if the shirt hasn't been processed.

Shirt hasn't even arrived yet, and probably won't come in time. Won't let me cancel it even though my order hasn't even been processed.For a company charging decent money, you’d expect professionalism and reliable delivery, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case at all. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth shopping experience.

So I ordered this in February but when they were delivering it my grandma was in the hospital so I was with her a lot so I missed the parcel and it got sent back but I emailed them replied straight away and explained the situation and they sent a payment link over and I got it in 2 days! They were soo sweet and they said they hope I like my shirt and my grandma gets well soon!

Horrible low quality shirt, it peeled off right away and also it came in the colour that I didn’t ask for. Also took 2 months to come when it said 21 days on the website. Horrible scamming company they are refusing to give me any compensation. Will be reporting to companies house. I had to buy another shirt from a competitor, the quality was much better and it came within a week.

Absolute joke. I ordered a shirt on 23rd Jan hoping it would come in 21 days time as stated. It's now been 30+ days and i've had no communication whatsoever. this shirt was so important to me. seems like this company's going downhill judging by the latest tiktoks and reviews. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Can't even get my money back because they clearly don't respond to any form of communication. I'll have ta march to middleborough myself to claim me cash back.

absolutely love my shirt only took 10 days to come. all designs are stunning and would 100% recommend getting your shirts from niamh avenue. the shirts are affordable and will make your last day at school perfect🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Recieved my daughters leavers shirt it is absolutely stunning the time and effort put into them is well worth the wait..did take around the 21working days mark but we'll worth it..

Shipped yesterday and came today exactly 21 days after purchase of my top. If your expecting to leave school I’d say to at least buy 2 months in advance to avoid disappointment

I ordered my shirt on the 29th of March and it failed to arrive on time for my graduation on the 23rd April and arrived on the 26TH April (so longer than the stated 21 days) I have emailed customer service multiple times to try and get a refund with not a single response I have wasted £30 on a leavers shirt I will not be able to wear, and will not get my money back for because there is no form of reply or communication between me as a customer and customer service I would overall not recommend this business at all.

Been over 26 days since I ordered the shirt and nothing and my daughter needs it this week totally unfair if you can't fulfill orders close your website

ordered my shirt on the 11th of february it’s now the 12th of march past the 21 day delivery date every email message and dm has been ignored or not replied to

Before I ordered I checked timescales and made sure we had more than enough time. Our estimated delivery date came and went. Emailed and messaged on every social media platform numerous amount of times. Not a single response! My daughter’s leaving date came and went. Still no shirt and absolutely no contact from them. Shirt eventually arrived weeks later. Thankfully I ordered with Klarna and reported them and I got my money back! Shocking customer service. They clearly don’t understand how upsetting this is for youngsters. Ruined her last day. When it arrived I knew it exactly what it was and once I got my money back I threw it in the bin unopened so I can’t comment on the quality. The whole situation was a joke and I never even told my 16 year old that it arrived! Just didn’t want to add salt to the wounds and needed to move on and forget the whole thing. I have no doubt that her shirts are beautiful but they clearly bit off more than they could chew last year. They'll think this is a dramatic review but when your 16 year old has one last day and has faith in a company not to let them down….. if you're a parent you'll understand why Im so angry. All you guys needed to do was message me on my delivery date saying the shirt wouldn't be ready and would i like to cancel or continue with my order. Shocking. To add insult to injury, they turned comments off on all their social media platforms. So wouldn’t reply to emails and was unable to message them any other way! So many people in the same boat as myself!

I BEG anyone not to order off this company, shirts never arrived on time and had to claim back off my bank through fraud team as they never respond to emails when asking for money back, she has turned comments of on Facebook, tiktok and blocked comments on Instagram for giving negative reviews. I wish I would of read this before ordering. Just check here and Google reviews to see for yourself.

Really good quality. My son chose the custom design and ordered a kickboxing shirt. Wish there was faster delivery as his friend wanted one once he saw my sons 😢
