Amazing customer experience. I ordered for the first time and went to pickup the next day. The company emailed me letting me know I paid for transport packaging, and they asked if I wanted a refund, even though it was only CHF1. I will definitely be using the company again.

my experience was and always is excellent with Niasha. The only thing I don't understand is why they now charge an insurance in case the package is lost. That should already be insured with shipping, which is already paid for. But other than that, everything is excellent.

This option is actually not "new", we used to have 2 additional "Anti-Theft" shipping options, which as well as the shipping protection ensure, that your order will only be handed to you in exchange for your signature. Should you not be home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post will leave a yellow slip in your mailbox with which you can collect your order at your local post office. Package theft and loss are not insured, neither by us nor by Swiss Post, if the package delivery is electronically proven with Track & Trace. Should your parcel get stolen once delivered, only your household insurance is responsible for a possible refund. Package loss, theft, and damage during transit by Swiss Post, however, is fully covered by us, no matter which shipping option you are selecting. We hope this clarifies your concerns. Bonjour chère Julie, pour faire suite à nos échanges tenus par mail, ces soins font partie de la collection "anti gaspillage" proposée sur notre site. La date courte d'expiration est clairement indiquée en rouge sur les produits concernés et ces soins ne sont pas périmés. Ils expirent bientôt et nous vous les proposons donc en promotion pour éviter le gaspillage. C'est une démarche qui tient à coeur à notre équipe pour éviter de jeter des soins dont les propriétés sont encore entières et totales, sans aucun risque pour vous, tout en bénéficiant d'une réduction importante. Nous sommes navrés que vous vous sentiez lésée, cependant cela n'est aucunement une arnaque. Vous pouvez contacter le service client à info@niasha.fr afin de trouver une solution ensemble. Habe schon oft dort bestellt und alles funktioniert immer reibungslos. Schnelle Lieferung und freundlicher Kundenservice. Als ich einmal versehentlich die gleiche Bestellung zwei Mal aufgegeben habe, wurde ich aktiv kontaktiert um sicher zu stellen, dass ich die Lieferung nicht doppelt erhalte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall weiterhin bei Niasha bestellen.

Quick service and great packaging 😁
My order was processed, shipped, and arrived quickly! There is also a variety of K-products to choose from which makes this store a good find for people living in Switzerland who wants to purchase korean skincare. Would appreciate it if there were more products to choose from! like The RoundLab and other brands that the local koreans are using.
