The had the initial proof ready for me very promptly. It was not the way I wanted it so I shared with them the way I wanted it to look. It didn't take long and the second proof was exactly the way I wanted the poster to look. So I gave them the go ahead and it arrived in a mere few days, very carefully packaged and well protected. I had purchased the optional frame, and it looked fantastic. I am really going to surprise a very special someone with it this Christmas. Great quality. And she LOVED it.

Since my husband and I aren't the most photogenic, I asked them to change out the photo several times. They always made the edits quickly and never rolled their eyeballs...well, maybe they did behind the screen!
