My shirt was never received and customer service is nonexistant. I get emails asking me to review a product I never received.

I ordered a shirt in October of 2025 and am still waiting for it to arrive. I was trying to get it for Christmas but am still waiting. They’ve said they shipped it on the 12th of January, I am still waiting. Extremely disappointing as I had heard great things about this company.

Ordered two custom shirts in October 2025. Didn’t receive them until after Christmas. I was aware that this shirt company uses AI to create a custom graphic. To that end, I was asked to write descriptors which I guess I assumed the company would cut and paste into their preferred AI platform. What I received are graphics that didn’t even line up with the info I provided. Plus the graphics are really old school clip art-ish. Not that unique at all. Super disappointed with the cost as well as the product received.

Awful!!! Just awful. Looks like they use the free versions on AI to make the images. $32 for a shirt that went right in the garbage.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews for this. I’ve ordered from nice shirt thanks multiple times and my experience has always been great.

Yes, the designs are “clip art” style but that’s literally what they advertise on social media and in the gallery of their website so idk why people are surprised.

Anytime I’ve ordered it’s been a pretty quick turn around given that they are designing it based on my prompts.

The shirts are high quality and I wear them constantly.

Waited 10 weeks for them to send me a design that I could’ve made. And the color from my reference photos were completely off. To be fair, the time is 8-10 weeks, but it sucked to wait that long for a design that was so off base and of such poor quality. The customer service representative was nice and responsive, but couldn’t do anything because it’s up to the artist discretion. Didn’t realize I was paying $30 for an “artist” to use ClipArt…
As fun as the shirts on TikTok are, please save your money. I hope they’re able to change their return and exchange policy, or at least get a better quality control team to avoid having to go back and forth like I did.

I’m understood that it would take a while to get to me (8 weeks) and was extremely disappointed with the results. Looked like it was made from clip art and barely followed the prompt. Things I see online have it being shipped with a paper of your prompt but I never got one. The hoodie was poor quality, but for the price with also having to pay an artist that is to be expected.

Absolute trash!! I ordered on 11/20 and just received the shirt today, 2/2. If that were the only issue I’d still be displeased but the shirt itself is not even creative. It’s all pixelated and honestly I could have done this myself. I’ll be bad mouthing this company until the day I die.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their TikTok made it seem like they actually customize your shirts but they don’t. They just half assed pasted my prompt on a shirt. They sent a product that was nothing like they advertised and it was awful. Looks like they spent not even 5 minutes making the product, yet it took 11 weeks to arrive. AVOID!

It's been almost four months since I ordered a shirt for my dad, and still no shirt. I've asked for a refund, and now they have just told me that it's been put in the batch, so I can't get a refund even though the product hasn't been made. Overall, it's been a really awful experience, and I definitely will not be purchasing from them again. The order process does not tell you how long it will take, and I just found out it would be eight to ten weeks, but my order has been "processed" for twelve weeks. They gave no order updates. They said they are not able to give updates due to their system.

Ordered because on TikTok I was seeing all these extremely creative, amazing results. Mine looks like poorly pasted clip art that some one made in 2 minutes. Even though it took 11 weeks to arrive.. Also the sweatshirt itself is badly misshapen.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on Jan 23/23. It is now May 6th and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve emailed numerous times asking when it will be shipped, and nothing. Horrid customer service, and a total scam.

I ordered a shirt with the design ideas of Taylor swift, Tuxedo cats, and Dr Pepper for my gf for Valentine's day. The order took an entire month to ship and when it came in, its possibly the ugliest shirt I've ever seen. The cat isn't even a tuxedo cat, and Taylor swift has a huge ugly head while wearing a Dr pepper costume and she has huge feet. I'm not even gonna give this to my gf. I'm so beyond upset and what makes things worse is that I can't even get my money back. Will never even think of ordering from this place ever again. Save your money and get something better and cuter.

It's clipart on a shirt for a ridiculously high price. I could have made better for less money and the t-shirt was crappy quality too. So not worth it

i ordered a 70$ crewneck and gave them a whole gallery of a character to work with. told them to do whatever they would like. They gave me a PIECE OF ART FROM MY OWN GALLERY with very very ugly edits on only the bottom half. I sent an email but seeing other reviews, I’m unsure they will refund or take this claim seriously. This is so disappointing and a complete waste of money. Plus, the crewneck itself is from a semi cheap company and they upscale the prices to the extreme just to copy paste other peoples art.

Do not order. I would give 0 stars if possible. I gave them a few prompts and literally received clip art on a shirt. There was no cohesiveness and my son couldn't tell what the things were supposed to be. (Boardgames were colored squares)
We waited over 3 months to get the shirt and very disappointed. You are better making your own shirt. Total scam, probably kids running this company.
I've requested a refund, but not sure if I get one.

Don’t support nice shirt thanks. My little sister did drawings for them for about a year and one day randomly got fired. After she got fired they wouldn’t pay her for her last few drawings and she emailed them and they refuse to do so. They’re very unprofessional and don’t treat there employees well.
