Outstanding service provided by Niche Advice. They were incredibly helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had or advise us of any problems, which as first time buyers made the process so much easier for us! They were quick to get back to us at every stage and continued to check in with us on our purchase all the way until completion! Thank you so much to the whole team, especially Richard and Payam who went above and beyond for us! I would absolutely recommend this service, we could not have had a better experience.

Excellent service from start to finish , highly recommend. Met one of the directors (Payam) a few years ago at an airport flight luggage belt and shared mutual travel stories and occasional emails with him. Terrible experience, wasted 3 week uploading documents. Payam was only one who was professional, rest of the staff not helpful. They take along time to get back to you will avoid.

If your a first time buyer I will suggest you look at someone called Alex only deals with first time buyers very helpful.

I honestly cannot thank this company, Payam and his team enough for the exceptional work they did on our remortgage. It was an extremely complex auction purchase via bridging Finance and Payam managed to get us a great deal. His team kept me up to date with everything and given the time contraints we were under, honestly saved our skin! Thanks again for all your hard work!
