It took Niche Financial solutions 4-5 months to arrange a remortgage which is a disgraceful service very slow and inefficient. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Your reply is nonsense, I always gave you correct and accurate information,and I got back to you in a timely manor, you just took too long to process the info i provided you and I was passed from one person to another this also caused unnecessary delays to my application.

In your particular case, there were numerous challenges that were completely out of our control and we tried our best to help you overcome them. We work very closely with all of our clients however unfortunately due to you repeatedly giving us incorrect information and little co-operation from you, it did make it extremely difficult for us.
All of our staff are experienced and highly trained to deliver consistently high standards, which is reflected in our other reviews and recognised in the industry awards we have received to date. This shows how our staff go above and beyond and continue to provide a personal and consistent service to all of our clients.
