Please note you have ordered products from overseas. Your postage was standard postage which is 5-7 days.

All products are sent with care however unfortunately we do not have control after the products are shipped and handed to the post office.
We do not rate our products as every person uses the products for different reasons (ie. help to stop smoking, reduce nicotine intake)
