Zeer slecht. Ik was in Spanje, mailde ze, maar Martin wilde pas mijn vraag beantwoorden nadat ik had betaald. Ik kreeg pas antwoord toen ik weer in NL was. Het antwoord was: het snelst regel je het in Spanje. Vervolgens honderden euro’s betaald (we waren met z’n vieren), paar maanden verder: geen NIE nummer. Geld slechts gedeeltelijk teruggekregen. Zeer klantonvriendelijk en zeer slechte communicatie. Uiteindelijk zelf NIE nummer geregeld bij het consulaat in NL. Nog geen tientje. Vrijdag de afspraak, wo NIE gekregen. Mijn tip: regel het zelf. Veel goedkoper en makkelijker.

Absolute rip off!! The NIE they gave me was hardly accepted anywhere! Just caused me much more troubles and way more time to access the social security in Spain. Save your money and better do it the official way!!

ik wilde een NIE nummer aanvragen via Nienumberfast. het zou 169 euro excl btw kosten en 25 euro om de post te bezorgen, Maar er komt ook nog bij dat ik zelf een notaris moet opzoeken voor een onderhandse notariele akte, en Nienumberfast wil niet zeggen wat dat kost , na 5 notarissen gebeld / gemaild te hebben blijkt dat niet een notaris deze onderhandse aktie wil opmaken. Weer contact gezocht met Nienumberfast om te vragen of hun weten welke notaris dit wel doet omdat zij er dagelijks mee te maken hebben, Ik moet eerst die 169 euro excl = 205 euro betalen voordat ze me dat willen vertellen ! Een notariele aktie kost 500 euro bij een notaris, ik denk dat het dit tarief is . En dat ze daarom zo geheimzinnig doen . Als je in Spanje een NIE nummer aanvraagt ben je nog geen 30 euro kwijt als je met een tolk naar het politieburo gaat ervoor

They handled my complicated NIE process well, even though my case was especially tricky. (initially I was outside EU. Then I had to repeat my process in Spain) but they handled them very well!

Police holidays are a bad excuses for work delay.at most the are 1 or 2 days its a public service there for always open except for local holidays. they also say the police CANCELD the appointment another plain lie the police never CANCELS the appointment. Its used to explain the work load. Never direct contact by phone possible if you need them fast!!!!

Super! Best customer support, and effective service. Martinus gave me tips and updates when he could. If you are a foreign EU citizen in Ireland trying to get your documents done, you will have a hard time. As I went on holiday to Spain I got my documents notarised there (+56 euro), which saved me such a headache. The process took 2 months because of police holidays but all was arranged swiftly.
The NIE arrived in my email inbox and that`s the end of it!
