Ordered a Christmas item in October, it said dispatch would be on or before December 8. It was going on the 15th of December and I had heard nothing about delivery. I messaged them on Instagram and had a reply to contact the team which I did. The the email was never replied to. They also blocked me on Instagram after these messages (which weren’t horrible messages!)The parcel was sent with less than a week to go before Christmas. After a lot of chasing. Terrible. Avoid! If they can’t fulfil their orders, I really think this is a flyby night company.

This company is absolutely horrendous stay well clear!! I order a loungewear set and never arrived despite emailing them I get an email from Charlotte (founder of the company) saying it will be dispatched on Tuesday well surprise surprise that it didn’t happen!!!! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. This company is a bunch of scammers and are totally awful avoid at all costs!

Updated due to resolution: Initially exchanged this item for a different size as they come up big (had to pay extra as there was no longer a sale on if you can believe that, a real shame!) and didn't hear anything on the status of my order for a month. Once I uploaded this review I got a prompt response via phone call and email, and the new set was shipped within the day, so got there in the end. Product itself is 'the comfiest thing I've ever worn' according to my fiance, so all in all a worthwhile purchase.

Do not use this site. I purchased an item but I ordered wrong size. I then tried to exchange but this proved very hard. I eventually got support for returning the item but this took a few weeks as portal was down.

I returned the item over 3 weeks ago and I am yet to get a refund.

The responses I get are very generic and always get same answer. I try to message on Instagram also but more often then not my message is just read and ignored. So this company now has the item I returned and my money.

I ordered on the 30 th nov and I received nothing just it’s on its way I emailed nothing I sent messages nothing it’s really not on I had not even a message but took my money

In the same situation as everyone else by the looks of things. I ordered on the 28th of November and and then emailed a week later to ask if the order had been dispatched as it stated 2-4 days and then got a response today they was pre order and will be dispatched from the 8th of dec.. that was the reg flag for me as when I choose my items it DID NOT say that they was preorder. Very disappointed with this service.

absolutley the worse company in the world not recieved my family pajamas, they won't refund me the won't put me through to a human to resolve this issue this website is a fraud reporting to my bank as fraud!! Please do not buy anything from this site. Do not listen to there response there a fraudulent company they have sent me the wrong pajamas after waiting so long and said I can't return because it's to late I recieved pajamas a hour ago the wrong ones and they will not return everyone report through your banks stop them doing this to anyone else

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! Ordered Christmas pyjamas in November, says below they would be dispatched on 8th December. Still no sign of dispatch, no reply to emails, no nothing. I will be taking this further with the Financial Conduct Authority!!!

IMPORTANT UPDATE
After my review on here and their somewhat quicker response than to any other form of communication I did eventually recieve my order on the 21st December. One item was faulty. Returns portal had been disabled. No response to emails. Returns portal opened and I had to pay for return postage even though item was faulty. Emailed again. Replied days later and said they would refund postage if they agreed it was faulty (dark mark in front of cream top) although I didn’t hold my hopes up for that! Tried returns portal in 9th January and wouldn’t let me return item. Guess what. No. Response to emails. Please do not buy anything from this company

I would also point out that in their response to original review they said they could see communication to me from their team. This was false

Awful company, placed order and its been weeks, nothing arrived. Its a scam unfortunately, no reply from customer service or help.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. There is no update, customer service unresponsive. Please avoid! Pretty sure this is a scam.

I originally posted the below paragraph and have decided to update with further details. My order was eventually dispatched 10 days after advised, 19th December. The baby rompers were terrible quality. My Niece wore the romper on Christmas evening, which was also very strange fit, and looked awful, tight fitting and stiff fabric. She also lost a button one hour into wearing (probably could be classed as a choking hazard). Updating to confirm I will never shop here again.

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order on 25th November, 2 items turned out to be pre-order, this wasn’t clear, otherwise i wouldn’t have placed. Latest date for dispatch was 8th December. I have been trying to cancel this order for a week, but customer service are refusing, advising they are ‘unable’ to cancel. They have also switched the comments off on socials, so there are obviously many customers in the same situation. I have no idea when the order will be dispatched, or if it will be in time for Christmas, 2 of the items were actually in stock, but they refused to send separately. After several emails voicing expressing my dissatisfaction, they have decided to ignore me. Greedy company taking advantage at Christmas time, but not being able to keep up with the demand. Will NEVER shop here again

If I could give 0 I would. Awful company, multiple emails sent to the support email and no response. I ordered product on 22nd November and was advised they were pre order ( said no were on the order it was a pre order) advised would despatch before or on 8th December. The product still has not been despatched and no understanding if it ever will. No one is responding so I am unable to even cancel the order at this stage. Awful customer service

I have been trying to contact this company to arrange a return without success it is seems to be impossible to get on to the returns portal & I have tried to contact them by email as well without success - very disappointed with their customer/after sales service!

I bought a set from Night Store. I liked it at first because it was long, and I’m tall, so the fit was good. However, the material is not good quality — after a few washes it became worn out.

I decided to buy another set, but this time the legs and sleeves were very short. When I placed the order, I accidentally didn’t enter my email address, and now returning the item has been a complete nightmare.

At first, customer service replied and told me they sent a return code to my email (I never received anything). After that, they stopped responding completely. No answers through email, no answers through their website chat — nothing.

I honestly don’t know what else to do, so I’m leaving this review to warn others and to remind myself never to order from this store again

Forgot to apply discount code when I checked out emailed and refund for the difference was processed without any questions. Haven’t received the product just yet but happy so far!

Great quality. I've been complimented in my lounge set many times - so smart and comfy at the same time! Sizing is quite big, I am usually 12-14 but reading reviews I did size down and the 10-12 is still oversized but how I'd prefer it.

AVOID!!!
It’s been 5 weeks since my returns were delivered back to them and I’ve had nothing but issues!!!! They have not once contacted me about either of my returns. I have had to chase many times and on multiple occasions they have said it’s being processed or the refund has been issued. I still have no refund!!
In the end I have had to go to the bank to apply for a chargeback

The loungewear that I ordered was just great quality and is very comfy. I would definitely recommend.
