Paid for a service that was never delivered. They kept asking for a screen shot of the payment details, I assume to gain more information of what was onscreen.
Do not deal with these guys, ripp off.
This is the worst shopping exp I had, I wanted to get Nigma TV official and this website appeared, I will pay more attention next time
I have had a great experience for the first three to four months. However, my link no longer works and I cannot get anyone to respond to me after several attempts. I paid for a full one year subscription, and am no longer receiving channels. I’m not sure if they don’t care or closed-up shop. Either way, it was great service - until it vanished.
These guys are really incredible no Integrity got a free trial wanted to do a monthly wouldn't respond obviously they're not that interested in getting business do not I repeat do not get this IPTV so called service it's a lousy anyway
They advertise support, provide a chatbot that refers you to a whatsapp number. Niether channels have any support resources allocated, so you are on your own for any setup and when the stream goes down, no one to let you know if it will be back up. No email to send, no phone number to dial. No indication on their site that you will also have to suscribe to a streaming platform provider like Tivimate to access anything other than live tv. They just take your money and run.
The real Nigma TV is Nigma.tv not this one as Nigmatv.com I believe. At least nigma.tv has resources that reply to their whatsapp group. I highly suspect nigmatv.com is a reseller.
Do not buy. After 15 minutes, I told them I wanted my money back. Because they had to personally put it on each T. V . They refused and don't have a refund policy. Then a month later, it quits, and tells me I have to pay the server $6.00more a month to continue with the service, even though I paid them already still would not give me my money back, run run.
My daughter and I paid for Nigmatv.com today, 7th January 2026. It turns out that they are agents for Smarters Pro which we didn't mind but only the movies and TV sets (box sets) work. None of the live TV channels work at all. Beware of this company.
