Dear Irwin, Despite multiple escalations to you, your team, and on social media, nothing has improved. Maximum orders end up as RTO, causing huge losses. My genuine complaints are deleted from your posts. No call-backs, no resolutions — only excuses. All previously shared AWB numbers remain unresolved. Nimbus Post is fraudulent, fake, and should be ashamed of such unethical practices. I strongly urge others to avoid your service. Resolve my pending RTO issues immediately with a written action plan, or I will proceed with public and legal escalation. Dont delete my comment. You all are fooling people. SCAMMERS, this company is a total scammer, they just give you hopes no work is done. TEam is of no use they dont pcik call dont respond to anything. Just will trick you always. Gautam & sujit is the team i was working with spend laskh & lost lakhs with nimbus post. I can share details if anyone has any doubt. these are just scammers. Dont even reply properly they will call you only if you add any wrong review then they will do things in a day but they everyone will ghost you for all the things.

This is a froud company taking people money and sending torn garbage clothes... I lost 2000 rupees by placing an order from this froud company. Please don't buy from this app... you will loose your money.

It's a fake company, like Amazon it is also a fake one, I would suggest never to take any item from nimbus, today I have recieved a order in which they have given me 2 newspaper to make it hefty and in place of item what I selected they given a false item.....they make a easily fraud...

The worst service you can ever expect from a shipping service provider. Their account managers are just useless and namesake, neither do they give resolutions to your queries nor do they even pick your calls. Mr. Gyan Prakash being our account manager has just been so careless that we have lost money just for his carelessness. So before you plan to use NimbusPost be ready to get the worst service and lose money! All parcels get fake weight discrepancies and they're looting money in this way!

only if there was a negative review , fraud company, no way they can tell the courier company that the customer is right , give goods rates in shipping , then increases the cosing by 2X as weight dispute , how can a letter weight 2kg , seriously they are doing legal loophole fraud in shipping business,

I gave you the number of your executive but even after calling him 10 times he did not pick up the call and did not call back. If he did not pick up the call then why do you give the number to the customer? The shipment of 29 has not been delivered yet, the worst service is of Nimbus. Please do not use this courier because I am tired of following up.

They are chitters.. only one word I have to say ☹️

Other than their tech part of the app, NimbusPost and Shiprocket happen to be the worst in the shipping aggregator business. They don't give a damn about any of your complaints. Their only response to all issue is that the issue is not from their end but the courier partner. Isn't this what this app supposed to help with when they are the SHIPPING AGGREGATOR?

Let me share the most recent experiences I have had with them.

1. Nearly 6-7 packages were shipped out via COD and Prepaid. Two weeks after shipping them out, customers reached out saying they never received the package, while few of them reached out for exchange that's when we realized the tracking has been updated to Canceled by Ecom or Nimbus (we don't know) but the issue araised when the customers who complained who never received their package, so we sent them another package. Now in this scenario, customers ended up paying twice for the COD because of which we had to refund their money and since COD was marked canceled on Nimbus post we never received money for that either.

A lot of such scams happen that impact small business, especially when we are new and trying build customer's trust.

2. Also, never choose ECOM Express or Xpressbess from Nimbus, they provide the worst service again. A shipment I sent out on July 5th has been on hold for 18+ days and the customer is frustrated, when reaching out to Nimbuspost their only reply is that they can't help since the problem is with Ecom! They then suggested they will initiate a RTO and refund the shipping and RTO cost, only for them to go back on their words yet again and not keep up their words. Again in this scenario I had to re-ship the product bare all the losses and also, lose a potential customer.

3. When you sign up they provide a person as a "dedicated customer support person" for "60 days". But when issue arises and you complain, immediately they will mention the 60 days are up (Kudos to their math calculation that they don't even know 29 days doesn't equal 2 months) and they want you to reach out to common customer service.

And special mention to the worst customer service representative Simran her phone number ends with 388. If she ends up being your representative you will never get any update or resolution, all she replies is that it is not Nimbus post issue and that your 60-day support is already over.

If these are the issues I have faced in less than 60 days I wonder how can any business rely on such services for a longer duration of our business.

So have multiple options while shipping out for your small business. Don't get scammed like me. I am again in search of a better shipping aggregator.

I had ordered a camera Sony WX300 from here on cod and I received the order but as soon as I opened the order, I found that I got 1 iPhone 14 for Rs 30. I had saved Rs 1800 with great difficulty and they snatched it from me. These people scam. Please stay away from them and if possible do not order anything from anywhere other than Amazon and Flipkart. Especially from Facebook and Instagram.

Currently I am running a women's fashion website and url is "shoppershub.in" and there is a scammer who is selling joggers for mens under the url "discretoutfits.shop" and using "Shoppers Hub" name on their website. And because of that I'm getting multiple calls, messages and emails for refund/return, as their customers go to google and start searching for SHOPPERS HUB and in result they get my website.

So I approached NIMBUS POST because these scammers are using Nimubs Post to deliver the COD parcels and I ask them to do a investigation. But these guys are stuck with one thing that " we regret to inform you that we currently do not have any account registered under the name "Shoppers Hub."

AM I NOT CLEAR THAT SCAMMER WEBSITE IS "discretoutfits.shop" and they are using "Shoppers Hub name on their website?

Can't NIMBUS POST search for "discretoutfits.shop" on their database?

Can't they do a investigation by ordering from that scam website and find out what name they are using on NIMBUS POST?

Actually NIMBUS POST don't want to do anything at all because they are getting money to deliver this scammer COD parcel so why would they bother.

Ab tak subse kharab experiance raha inke sath 2 month work kiya but 75% fake remark karte hai. Customer Care per baat karne per seller ka mistake bolkar phone cut kar dete hai, hamare bahut sare parcel me saman change kar ke delivery kiya hai. Kuch coustomer ka empty box delivery kiya hai kutch parcel return delivered show kar diye. Jub costumer care se baat kiya to koi bhi satisfie jawab nahi mila. Duplicate rubber stamp banwa ke delivery show karte hai. Pls be-alert all of you thank-you

If there was a negative rating, I would have rather gone for that. This is the most pathetic irresponsible service I have ever come across my life. After waiting for 2 months, they finally declared that they lost my package and the way they conveyed showed they didnt bother even a bit about their consumers. If I had time, I would have gone to court. Please note that they hire external agency for courier and they are just middle men. They themselves do not have any idea where the package is. Worst decision ever made.

They never did any shipment pickup took 3-4 then at last I only have to go to pickup
At time of deliver the shipment also this idiot company takes 12-15 days in domestic where other company just take 4-5 days

And complaining them, then this company not able to do any solution or deliver parcels on time

The company is practicing fraudulent practice by partnering few so called online vendors. The product they deliver through other courier companies will not be genuine. If you ask them about the defective/ wrong product delivered, simply they put the blame on the vendor whose existence is unknown as they don't provide any proper bill or GST number. Whoever is reading my comments please ensure GST number to be reflected along with vendor details on the parcel or else don't accept it. If you pay by accepting, they are not going to take back the material.
