I ordered from this site as they seemed to be based in Switzerland and I thought I’d get my order more quickly and without paying customs duties, even though the cost of the article was very high.

Turns out Nine Fit is a business whereby they source goods from suppliers around the world and ship them to you. This accounts for the high cost. It also means it can take two weeks or so to receive your shipment. More transparency about this would be appreciated.

Mercifully, I didn’t need to pay customs duty on top of the super high price and I did te dive my item 2 weeks after ordering.

So the Swiss Nine Fit site isn’t a scam—but look at complaints from UK, Australia and other Nine Fit sites and you’ll find a disturbing pattern: everyone gets bombarded with spam and phishing e-mails connected to their order (eg asking you to pay customs duties) two hours after ordering. They are relentless and don’t stop even after receiving your order!

Reviewers of other NineFit operations state that when they complain, they are asked for proof (as if they didn’t know this was happening), and when a customer produces this, they are told that there was a data leak on their site but the problem has been fixed. Clearly not!

Watch your credit card and emails closely for hacking if you order from this site.

I gave them one star for delivering my item, but recommend avoiding NineFit.

Note that they solicit positive reviews by offering a 10% discount off their next purchase. So take positive reviews with a grain of salt.

Easy, quick, tracking, what else ?

The product was on time.. the whole thing went perfectly. I haven't tried the product yet.. but on course I expect it to work nicely.

The setup was easy.

It took weeks for the order to arrive, but that wasn’t the worst part. Shortly after placing the order, I started receiving a flood of phishing emails, and my credit card was compromised. It’s clear this was directly tied to the purchase. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for a light, comfortable, and not so bulky helmet. The model I choose is made in the USA, through nienfit it was a bit more expensive, but it was delivered to my door step in Switzerland fast and with no problems.
The helmet was perfect, size, weight and shape. Very comfortable for long rides.

Every thing was greate, order, payment, delivery time.
The parcel arrive not in realy good condition, the box wasn't strong enough, lucky nothing was broken or lost, can be improved
