Lovely sports equipment, excellent quality. There were some delays and delivery issues and it all worked out with dedicated customer support.

After the initial product was not on…
After the initial product was not on stock I accepted another item which was fine.
After that, there was no communication .
3 weeks later , I emailed and they said they will do anything to ship the product.
1 week later , nothing received no further communication from their side.
After this review the Refund has now been processed on the 13th of January which is good. They did apologise.
Terrible service and that around Christmas . Very disappointed overall . Would absolutely not recommend.

I never received my paid package and…
I never received my paid package and they stated they would get back to me about this within 24-48Hrs but that was 96Hrs ago. Still trying to chase them up. Overall terrible experience and basically they robbed me and have done nothing to help or assist me.

Promised a refund after I returned the item and paid 90 euro ups shipping back to america . Item was sent back and delivered promised a refund keep delaying the situation 3-5 working days refunded lies bank contacted

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. They hugely overinflated prices then pretend to reduce them saying the sale price is based on taxes, supply and demand. The the only genuine reviews are negative ones. The positive reviews are paid or fake. Do not order anything from any ninefit site. It is a scam
