I purchased the indicators on a Friday, planning to install them that evening. But, I had a hiccup getting them running. I had planned to spend the weekend experimenting with them but it looked like I wouldn't be able to do that. On Saturday I sent in a support request, expecting to hear back on Monday, but the amazing Hannah responded quickly ON HER DAY OFF! Hannah fixed my issue instantly and I was all set up. The indicators are excellent and provide signals for building automated strategies from them if a trader wants to go down that path. After purchasing, I had a number of questions and queries and the support team were responsive and helpful.

Ninza is an awesome indicator developer. All of the indicators I have purchased from them were very well designed, with lots of flexibility provided in how to set them up and configure them to match my requirements and trading style. Of course, they come with a set of values in the settings – so they are usable “out of the box.”

Ninza.co is also a very innovative company - developing around "standard indicators" but offering a ton more options to configure than you would normally find. They have also developed some very innovative indicators and capabilities that are not available anywhere else. Some examples include SidewayZ, HelloWin, Divergence Engines (and quite a few more).

The huge variety of indicators that they offer and the flexibility offered in the indicators, is supported by a firm that is very responsive. Plus, Ninza offers 30 FREE indicators – and each of them are also extremely well designed with tons of flexibility built in.

Using Ninza’ SuperTrend Pro as a key part of a strategy, and using it within SharkIndicator’s Bloodhound, I have designed a raw strategy with a very high win rate I use SuperTrend and NinzaRenko bars actively in my Bloodhound srategy. Plus, I use Bar Status, BidAsk Display, Bollinger Band %B, W-Wave Pro, and Sideway ZP, Divergence Engine and Hidden Divergence Engine to enhance my charts and to help provide a complete decision support system that is rich in information that is easy to interpret and act on.

Hannah, and their entire staff, have always been very responsive when I have questions. I’m a fan, and highly recommend them as an indicator and trading system provider.

I'm a senior citizen who has traded the Forex for some time. Recently, however, I became interested in the MES and a friend introduced me to KingRenko$ bars and Solar Wind. I decided to purchase them and move full steam ahead. However I encountered a couple of issues: 1) not being able to locate the KingRenko$ bars in the Indicators list after importing them into the NT8 platform, 2) not being able to find where to download my Solar Wind purchase, and 3) not being able to activate my products.

Hannah was the support person who worked with me, both through the online chat and via email. First, she pointed out that the Renko bars were not an indicator, but a bar type, so they wouldn't be found in the indicators list. She furnished a link to a ninZa.co four-minute video that explained simply and efficiently the steps I needed to follow. And that issue was resolved!.

I inadvertently caused the second problem, inability to download my Solar Wind purchase, because I hadn't bothered registering for an account, since I could buy without having to register. Hannah took care of this by providing me a user name and temporary password, along with a link to the member area on the website.

Finally, try as I might, I couldn't activate my products. Hannah anticipated my need for help and activated them for me while I was watching the previously mentioned four-minute video.

In around ten minutes, all the issues were resolved. Hannah handled these tasks professionally, efficiently, and knowledgeably. Thus, while at times the website was confusing, Hannah skillfully bridged the gap. In this instance, customer service filled the gap.

ninNa.co is a really interesting company.
There is definitely an Asian influence in the website design but western customers will find the purchasing experience refreshing. Time zone issues require only a little patience, I've spend longer on hold with my health insurance provider. The product list reminds me of the night market in Taipei, everything you could want...if you don't see it....ask, it might be in development. Every indicator seems to have its own angle, an edge that isn't commonly available.
Wherever ninNa.co gets its support crew, I wish we had more people like them in North America. Hanna sets a new standard that few firms will ever match.
ninZa.co stands alone in the indicator/strategy market because of creativity, ease of use, and value. They have a Central Account Dashboard that provides efficient purchasing, License Management, account access information, central downloading, and wallet balance. Hannah and the support crew help in the form of friendly purchase and use advice...provided from before your purchase and beyond. Every company expresses itself through its customer service. The employees that have to talk to people. Hannah and Grace give succinct information with a smile.
There are lots of nooks and crannies and deals at niNza.co. Frequent sales give you a gentle nudge to indulge. (hint...Talk to your support person about when the next sale is coming up.) Many of the indicators have videos with use and explanation.
Recently they introduced "I'm T-Rex". An automated trading system that we are all still learning about. I can only say from my experience it works. I am running it essentially as it came to me. When I saw the introduction I contacted Hannah and we started talking, yes I could get the discounted price, but I didn't want the offered extras. No problem. What can you use?" She can sharpen a pencil with the best of them.
As I have worked through my experiences with trading since working with ninZa.co, the ups and downs and in-betweens I have communicated with Hanna perhaps more than I might normally. I am offered a trusted business friendship and tons of advice, not just on a product but on trading issues in general. Hannah, I will always grateful for your help. In my opinion, the advertising for their products is fraudulent. The supposedly great T-Rex system generates 150k per year in their backtest. I bought this system. If I enter exactly the same parameters, tick sizes, time period etc. in the Ninjatrader backtest, I get completely different figures. This is very dubious
