I'm not sure what else nioteas could provide. Customer support is outstanding. Their knowledge of all phases of what you want to know about green tea is covered on their website. Service is fast and reliable. I am a Buddhist and serve green tea daily to our members and I've chosen nioteas as an excellent company.

Customer service was very responsive and also their social media profile helped me when I needed it most! Highly recommend, tea was good quality as well. Will be shopping here again!

The form is in German but I assume I should put my review here. The teapot wasn't in the box when I ordered it but I talked to customer service and they were very helpful with getting a new one to me. I am thankful that customer service was so easy to work with. Thanks! (:

I started ordering from Nio Teas a few years ago after getting my green tea directly from Japan for many years. The quality of the organic green tea that I can get from Nio Teas is truly excellent, and far better than I've been able to find elsewhere. A wonderful company.

I drink the Sakamoto gyokuro everyday and it's my all time favorite tea!

Great products and great company. Recently I was really disappointed in one of their matchas. This had never happened before and I ordered different products during the last year. I wrote them and they replied almost immediately. They send me a replacement product without any charges. Great customer service!

Great product! I purchased the Matcha Latte version and have been loving it since first sip. Delivery was very quick and the quality of matcha is very good. I would highly recommend for anyone just starting out with their matcha journey!

They advertise to ship free over $ 50 and they still want to charge you the shipping fee, no matter what. I have issue with the credibility here

Amazing matcha! Super happy with Nio Teas, I have just placed my 3rd order. Always happy with the delivery and their matcha is just the best (+ many different kind of matcha available). Awesome quality!

Horrible experience. Ordered on 4/20, here we are on 5/12 and my order hasn't shipped. The limited communication I have had has all been initiated by me. Constant runaround from them. Now they are telling me what I ordered is out of stock.. well if I didn't email you, would you have ever told me? I was incredibly patient, but they never once tried to fix the issue or do right by me. I should not have to chase a company around to get my order fulfilled. Avoid.

I've ordered many times before at Nio and tried a lot of their amazingly different Matcha, Sencha and Kukicha teas.

In the past I've tried 50+ different brands and blends of matcha from other webshops but I couldn't find my perfect "cup of tea" from any other store, until I tried the samplers from Nio that helped me discover the perfect "match" for me.

Their support team is very kind too.

This is my second posting regarding Nio Teas. My first review, back in July, lauded the company for outstanding service. This has not changed, and I will continue doing business with them. This time, I would like to comment on the product they offer. The matcha they sell has changed my life! I have lost 20 lbs. since I began drinking matcha twice a day 6 months ago. All of the claims about matcha being a superfood are true! The feeling of calm/alert and the general sense of well-being I experience are incredible! I implore everyone to experience this remarkable tea for themselves! Also, I stay with Nio Teas selection of matcha because of their commitment to offering only pesticide-free tea!

Nioteas, please stop using fedex for your deliveries in Norway. Fedex is a nightmare to deal with, both when it comes to their customer service, but also in actually receiving your package. I have yet to receive my package although I placed my order 17 days ago. Imagine getting an email saying your package was not delivered because you were not at home — when you’re sitting in your own home! Then imagine this happening twice! At this point I’m not even sure I’ll ever receive the thing..
