I wasn’t wrong as the ease of booking my parcels onto a carrier plus the excellent value and great customer service proved.

Prompt parcel collection on the day specified; the parcel was delivered on the second day estimated when we booked the delivery.

Great Find!
I found this website after going to mail a parcel and the cost to send it was absolutely ridiculous. Process was simple, parcel was picked up from my home on the date and time specified. Cost was a fraction of what I was quoted by the very same courier. It was literally the difference of sending it or not being able to send because of the cost. Would highly recommend and most definitely use again.

Great experience, reasonably priced and hassle free order booking for international shipment
It was a great experience. The parcel was delivered exactly on the day it was promised. The priority delivery of Fedex from US to UK was probably the cheapest I have seen anywhere. No hassle while booking the order as well. I definitely recommend, especially for international parcel shipment from US to UK.

Said all brexit and important charges…
Said all brexit and important charges included... paid extra money and yet I've still been sent a bill from fedex for £93. So would really like to see a reply with why you charged extra. So any customers. Don't pay premium prices its a lie

NI Parcels at no point advises that any customs charges will be included, we specifically include a warning to all customers when shipping on routes where customs clearance is required advising:
"You are paying NI Parcels for the shipping costs. This does not include any potential customs or clearance charges which NI Parcels does not control."
You are required to check a box to indicate you have read this information.
Your shipment was picked up and delivered safely and on time. Cheaper services were also offered for your quote, with the cheapest being less than half of what you paid for your order however you paid extra for a faster service and received your item from France to the UK one day after it was collected.
We are extremely disappointed with your review given this as everything went correctly and as advised during booking. If you need anything else, please let us know. Our customer service team is available via email, phone and live chat.
