A nice experience
A lovely experience and great facilities. Staff are very friendly and polite and the salad bar is fabulous.
The treatments were amazing so will defo be coming again. The only bit I was not happy about is that they are adding service charges to the lunch and treatments. Think this is very cheeky given how much the experience and treatments cost. You have to remember to request that these charges are removed before paying.

A relaxing retreat
It’s always lovely to come back to Nirvana , the service and staff are impeccable , it’s a real treat and so very relaxing! . I met a member friend for an evening relaxation and stayed for supper. Food was amazing. Even though it was only a few hours I felt very relaxed and centred when we left ( at closing time😁)

Really absolutely dissatisfied having been a countrywide member for the past 18 years we now have to book online and can’t just turn up for a couple of hours impossible to get a short notice booking if I cancel my membership now I will lose thousands of accumulated points for spa visits which I just can’t use

My spa experience was a surprise…
My spa experience was a surprise present from my sister, and she knows I hate spas ! But am so glad she chose nirvana as my first experience, we had a fabulous time, the food the sea sea pool my pedicure the girls where lovely, the changing rooms and robes where great and all the drinks, the pool amazing, But we felt you fell down when booking in, and big time when booking out at 11 pm, it was painful busy and hard work as there were 4 of us ! We’d travelled and just wanted to leave.

The whole venue is amazing
The whole venue is amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. However when trying to change a restaurant booking they were totally inflexible.
When were at the reataurant we had to speak to 4 different staff members to order a bottle of wine and waited ages :(
Food was superb and catered for my girlfriend gluten free needs with a huge choice and clearly labelled too :) When a hotel is built the resort will be First Class im sure. But the waiters and waitresses let you down

Heaven on earth
If you are mum of young kids busy with everyday tasks and you need to escape this place is perfect. But make sure you will have all day to relax :) you won’t regret.
Food was lovely, great selection of activities, very clean place and super friendly staff.

I did have a nice time
I did have a nice time, however, it was quite busy in the steam room and sauna so not relaxing at all. We didn't use the hydro pool for this reason too. We were able to find loungers easily enough though.
I am disappointed with the prices on the dinner menu. The buffet salad was always my favourite but now this is so expensive £19ish and now limited to 2 plates, I don't like feeling I have to pile my plate high I'd rather pick a few little bits a few times. It's really not worth it anymore.
There wasn't really anything else I wanted on the menu so I just went with a couple of starters/sides.
Overall a little disappointed, I've been a member for over 12 years and I've always enjoyed my time at the spa but lately I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it anymore.
