I ordered a small number of products…
I ordered a small number of products but the item that I wanted the post did not arrive. There was no explanation or communication why the main item did not arrive beyond receiving an adjusted invoice by post.
It was very wierd.

Absolutely unreal service 8 weeks I made an order all items in stock
I'm still waiting for two hair dryers the other items all came and different levels of time and the level of customer service is a disgrace with awaiting back order and from the UK will take 10 working days there after unreal and no updates that's the standard response to the 4 emails I have sent and still no updates
So latest update the item now won't be here till mid July
A shambles of customer care and any bad reviews get the generic replay let's wait and see if they turn up in July but going by there level of service and delivery i won't let my customers down by promising them any update with the level of service Nisbets provide

To provide you with an accurate update, we have since checked with our supplier, and if you were to place a new order, the current lead time would be approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of ordering.
