I ordered a contact grillbecause our…
I ordered a contact grillbecause our own one broke. I rang and ordered and while speaking I asked was it definitely next day delivery to which I was told yes. 4 days later the grill didn't arrive and I rang back and was told "il send an email to the warehouse and it should be with you tomorrow", next day, no sign of the grill so I called back, i got the same response "il send an email to the warehouse and it should be there tomorrow" this happened 4 different days in total and eventually 7 days later I asked to speak to somebody higher up, at this point my business was losing thousands of euro from the lack of a grill (which i remind you, I was told is next day delivery). When speaking to a person in a higher up position I was told "we can't find the grill in the warehouse and will send you some alternative options to choose from".
So 8 days later, 5 calls to customer service, I got what I didn't order.
The grill that was sent is fine, it's the service I got over the 8 day period that was lacking, constantly being told "it will be here tomorrow " then to be told "we don't have the grill" after a week.
Il be using another company to expand my business moving forward.

tried to pay online on web and payment didn't go trough twice had to do it over the phone and even tough it was over a week ago on my bank account they are pending (2 pending )
phone and was told they would disappear but haven't yet , you need to annul them for them to disappear

We have attempted to reverse the two pending transactions on our side this morning; In situations like this, pending authorisations will normally drop off automatically, but the timeframe is determined by your bank.
We recommend contacting your bank directly to request that they release or remove the pending transactions, as they are in the best position to action this.
