Saved the day

My mother had forgotten all her info in relation to the Nixplay unit I had bought for her a few tears back and had stopped using it. I contacted the help desk at Nixplay and they got back to me very quickly and walked me through the needed steps to get everything back up and running. She is extremely happy and has already begun adding more current images to her library from family and friends . She has it running all day, every day.

Very impressive digital frame and customer service

We have been very happy with our Nixplay W10F model digital frame. The device was easy to set up and, after a little help from a very responsible customer service rep named Martin, we have been able to download pictures from our PC as easily as we do from our iPhones. Our model has enough storage for our needs and displays our pictures clearly and beautifully.

Problem mit meinem Nixplay Bilderrahmen um ihn auf Werkseinstellung zu setzen

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Nixplay Bilderrahmen und habe mich an den Support gewandt. Ich bin begeistert, wie schnell und unkompliziert mir geholfen wurde!
Besonders möchte ich Maris aus dem Support-Team hervorheben, die sich meines Anliegens angenommen hat. Sie war nicht nur kompetent und effizient, sondern auch außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Problem wurde zügig gelöst, und ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Prozesses gut betreut.
Es ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich, so einen erstklassigen Kundenservice zu erleben. Vielen Dank an Maris und das gesamte Nixplay-Team!

Kit at Nixplay

Kit at Nixplay has been very helpful & patient with this problem. Very quick to respond & patient while I was figuring things out! I love my Nixplay frame & how I can add endless albums to mine & my kids’ frames. What a wonderful product! Thank you for employing such helpful people.

Unlautere Werbung zum Abo

Nixplay wirbt bei seinen Abos mit jederzeitiger Kündigungsmöglichkeit. In der Realität ist es dann ein Jahresabo, aus dem man 12 Monate nicht rauskommt. Support: „Wir sind dafür nicht zuständig. Wenden Sie sich an Apple als Zahlungsdienstleister! Unverschämtheit und Abzocke! Nie wieder Nixplay!

The frame works great

The frame works great. The team that helped me set it up was great. I don’t have anything negative to say about the company. The tech responded within 24 hours to me. They were able to get the frame working and set up. Great job.

I contacted Nixplay with an issue…

I contacted Nixplay with an issue regarding my subscription which turned out not to be an issue at all. They explained what was and would happening with my account and addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I’ve been very pleased with the Nixplay products and have even given them as gifts. I am glad the customer is good and they support their products with great customer service. I first spoke with Lou via the Chat option. I was very frustrated, but Lou handled it well and escalated it once he exhausted everything he could do. Cy finished addressing my concerns via email and answered my questions in a friendly and efficient manner. I am happy to continue using this company’s products and their subscription service.

Great Customer Service by Kit!

Hi,
My wife and I received a gift frame from our daughter for Christmas. She provided us with a Gift Code and my wife’s associated email. I went back and forth with tech support since Christmas Day. The frame gave no spot to enter a gift code and neither did the software app it told me to download to a smart phone. The help page had categories to add a gift frame album, but did not have options for redeeming a gift code. Finally I got an email back from Kit who gave specific easy to follow directions and also told me to update my app software to version 3.71.3 . Once I did the upgrade from 3.71.1 to 3.71.3 it had a place for me to enter the gift code! The update had just been added to the App Store 14 hours earlier. I guess the squeaky Wheel gets the oil. Anyway Kit was great and I very much appreciate his professionalism and customer service. Well done, Kit!

Patient Joe

Joe patiently stuck with me over several days while we tried to remedy my problem via email. I bought a Nixplay frame for my father-in-law so he could enjoy seeing his first great-grandchild grow up. I thought I had the frame set for him to just plug it in, connect to wi-fi and turn it on. However, somehow somebody else had paired to this frame and it would not allow us to. Joe attempted to contact the person paired to our frame but was not successful. He was able to unpair this mystery person and work with me, while I worked with my FIL who is in a different state. We finally got it resolved!!

I just love my Nixplay

I just love my Nixplay and have many fun memories looking at all the pictures. I recently had to adjust my payment and the help I received was great. Maris was in touch with me via email daily during the process. It all got resolved and I learned a little information in the process. Thank you , Judy

Correspondence and Caring for a 4 Year Old Product

The firm or its representative regularly emailed me until the problem was resolved. If it wasn't for Par's courtesy then I would not have had the patience to actually fix the problem. He is to be commended.
I bought the product four years ago, and it did not matter. It was a pleasant experience.
