No reply after 5 months for a non-fault RTC
Gave my details of a non-fault RTC to Aiden 5 months ago. Sent pictures and explained my injuries and haven't heard from then since.

I would like to thank Hannah Menzies for all her hard work and support from my initial call through to this stage of my injury claim.
I had never been through anything like this before and was apprehensive about making a claim. The no win, no fee process was explained clearly from the outset, which put my mind at ease.
My injury has been a long, difficult and painful journey and has impacted many areas of my life. Hannah has been professional, efficient and approachable throughout, with excellent communication. I have always felt listened to and kept informed.
The defendant has now admitted full liability, which is a significant step forward. Although my claim has not yet been finalised, I feel I am in safe hands and really appreciate Hannah’s professionalism, understanding and continued support.
I would have no hesitation in recommending NJS Law.
