I have ordered from them for years, but won't be ordering anymore. There sizing is all over the place and quality can be very bad. Some things are nice, some are very cheaply made. I recently ordered the same outfit in a 8-10 and a 12-14. Both are the same size and very small, almost like a size 6. Very cheap, and the cost to return is so expensive.

Im a new customer to this online boutique, all looks very good on paper , nice clothes , unique styles , however they show items in stock that are not available to purchase, they then notify you if you are lucky that you are to receive a refund as there was a stock error ? You can expect this maybe once or twice , but I’ve had this happen to me about six times now in total , this has now made me rethink ordering anything further from this website . If you can visit the boutique I would suggest doing that rather than ordering online as it’s very hit & miss if you receive your order .

Excellent service all round, have bought a few things from here, great quality and style.

Very good company. Order came fast and I had to pay $$$ for duties but it was ok. It stated that on website! Goods as described. Will buy from again!!!

I ordered a jacket from no-angel and wanted it within a couple of days. It arrived early. Item fitted and I love it. Read some bad reviews and some good. I only have good things to say about them.

Im not one to just post a review unless I feel the need to warn people. Do not buy from this store. I have brought several things all at once and the quality is absolutely shocking. After washing the items just once, they have fallen apart! The items from Shein are better quality and a fraction of the price!

Lijkt een super mooie winkel net leuke spullen maar is gewoon goedkope troep uit china!!!!

Besteld kwam na dik een pas binnen kwam in een zak met china adres op gemaakt ook gewoon van china lijkt totaal niet op het product. Echter mega lelijk. Terug sturen staat op hun site dat dit gewoon kan dus aangevraagd en kreeg allemaal verhalen kreeg twee keer per dag mail met elke keer een ander antwoord uiteindelijk me geld terug gekregen op 5 euro na. Dus.let op bestel hier niet oplichting!!!!!!

I was a little unsure whether to order from this site so thought this review may help someone who feels the same.

I ordered my items and they were received in a few days. I tried the clothing on & decided it was a little too big for me. The returns window is 14 says which I understand for an independent business. I returned my items by post last Friday and this was acknowledged and monies refunded on Monday.

I was really impressed with the promptness shown. Although on this occasion the items ordered weren't quite right I have 100% confidence ordering from this site again.

Let op! Wanneer je hier besteld vanuit Europa betaal je nog zéér veel invoerrechten en taxen... (Voor mij was dit bijna 100€) Terugsturen is geen optie want dan betaal je aan de webshop ook kosten en heb je uiteindelijk dus alleen maar betaald voor iets wat je niet ontvangt...
De communicatie hierrond is ook niet duidelijk.
Ze hebben wel een zeer mooie collectie dus de verleiding is groot.
