Terrible customer service

I ordered a mat on December 30 and was charged for my mat and received a confirmation that my order was shipped but I have never received my order. They are impossible to contact for customer support abd I am so frustrated with this issue. Don’t buy any kind of product from them

Ceased UK Operations and customer care it seems!

Purchased a mattress in June 2022 and now have an issue with it and can’t get hold of NOA mattresses as they’ve ceased trading in the UK! Have sent 3 emails to NOA support and had no reply!! Not even any listed contact details in case of a problem! What happens with my 15 year warranty now that I have an issue? Don’t tell me it’s wear & tear and that your mattresses only have a lifespan of just 3 years because that’s ludicrous!!

Pacific modular- rip off

Spent £1500 on the pacific modular - it does look good on the surface, but it’s the most uncomfortable and rock hard sofa I’ve ever had. Shoddily made, cheap material, wooden frame sticks into you when you sit on it. Impossible to lie on it either - hardly any padding in the cushions. Awful thin material and sharp pins down the seams that have not been fully tacked into the frame so almost ripped my fingers off when I was cleaning it the first time. It’s light as a feather - literally you can pick up a sectional with one hand - very hollow and flimsy despite the chunky design. Absolute rip off- I would not have paid £300 for this in Argos.

Ce site est une grosse arnaque.Vous ne pouvez pas retourner car leur dépot est en Chine ,donc le cout est très élevé.Et la marcandise est moche et de mauvaise qualité .

Le produit reçu est de taille totalement inadapté.m et de qualité médiocre. J’ai demandé un remboursement et l’adresse de retour est en Chine! Au delà du prix de retour (31 euros!!!!) bien sûr aucune certitude qu’il arrive….bref tout est fait pour ne pas vous rembourser! Ce site est une grosse arnaque.

Qualité des produits très mauvaise. Sur le site, ils affirment que les retours sont faciles et qu’il suffit de renvoyer à une adresse en Europe. En réalité, quand j’ai voulu retourner un article, on m’a expliqué que les frais de retour étaient entièrement à ma charge et qu’il fallait renvoyer le colis… en Chine !

Les frais de retour étaient plus élevés que le prix de l’article lui-même. Une véritable arnaque, aucune transparence. Je déconseille fortement ce site.

Arnaque totale site à fuir
Sur le site ils montrent une chemise homme en lin .
A l arrivée sa composition 34%coton et 36 % de polyester mais pas de lin !
Ils se revendiquent comme un site français avec les frais de retour de 30 jours.
Après réclamation les frais de port sont à notre charge 50 euros pour la Chine et le délai passé à 14 jours
Une arnaque totale a fuir !

Des voleurs !! Ils disent que le retour est 100% remboursé, sauf qu'il payer le retour en chine... 50€ ! La qualité est mauvaise, les tailles sont pas bonnes. À fuir

After 2 years, the matress cannot satisfy me any more. Every mornong i wake up, i feel my warist very painful but do not know the resaon. I think the matress cannot support my warist fully during sleep.

Stay well clear

Stay well clear! Sell cheaply made furniture that looks good on pictures. This furniture will break quite easily and then you’ve got no chance as you are dealing with the worst customer service from a company based in Hong Kong. Legal scam company. Up to you but I would just go to ikea.

Stay away

I purchased the Pacific Modular Corner Sofa for £1499 in August 2023, but now I see that the same sofa is priced at £799, even without any discount. This feels very misleading and unfair. It raises concerns about the company’s reliability, as I feel like I was overcharged. The significant price difference so soon after my purchase makes me question the company’s pricing practices and overall trustworthiness.

Additionally, when I first bought it, I realized that it was as hard as a bench, and I wanted to return it.

However, I decided against it because I thought it looked good visually. Later, I deeply regretted this decision, as the fabric is extremely low quality – it holds stains as if it’s designed to do so, even trapping water. The stains can never be removed.
Less than a year and a half later, we decided to recycle the sofa, suffering a significant loss from this purchase. Very disappointed with the quality and value for money.

Disappointing Delivery Experience with Noa Home and AMJ Campbell

My recent experience with Noa Home and their delivery partner, AMJ Campbell, has been unfortunately disappointing. I was eagerly awaiting my order, but encountered several issues with communication and follow-up.

I received no delivery notice—neither by email nor phone—from either Noa Home or AMJ Campbell to inform me of the delivery date.

I had to personally reach out to Noa Home, as even after a two-month wait, my account still showed the order as “in progress.” I later discovered that my items had been delivered and left unattended, yet I had received no confirmation. AMJ Campbell also confirmed that they were not given my contact details by Noa Home, which is unacceptable for a valuable order like this.

Despite several exchanges, Noa Home has not taken responsibility

Please Don’t Ghost us NOA

Update:
-NoA didn't ghost me, and I received the couch I ordered 3 weeks after placing the order. While they are now out of business, their Customer service team maintained communications and advised that their shipper (AMJ) would send me a message to confirm delivery, and that info was accurate. Overall everything went well after some initial sketchyness. Hope this helps those who are still waiting.

I ordered a the XL modular sectional couch two weeks ago, and didnt receive a shipping acknowledgement. When I followed up with NOA, they appeared to be willing to help out (I had a few pleasent exchanges with their customer service team). They advised that their shipper in Canada (AMJ Campbell) has sent out a link to me in order to schedule delivery. I didn’t receive this communication, so they said that they would have AMJ send the delivery link ‘again’. Its been 3 days since then and nothing from AMJ. Then today, I noticed that Canadian, US and Singapore operations have folded leaving me with no contact. I have requested a refund, so I’m hopeful that they will honour my request and refund all customers who have not received the items that they paid for. This experience could not be worse. This is worse than negligence, this is malicious. NOA willfully accepted money for goods when they knew that they were about to go out of business. They’ve now disabled all means of communication with their team responsible for order fulfillment, and provided no options for recourse. If anyone reading this has any suggestions on recourse, please comment here. Thank you.

I ordered a mattress and bed frame and 2 pillows, even though it says the delivery is 2-5 business days, it hasn't arrived. And now, when I try to go to the website or contact customer support, it says they won't longer have operations in Canada?? So what about my order??

Although the purchasing process and delivery were top-notch, I waited a while to review this sofa and as suspected, it doesn’t hold up over time. The fabric pills, the back cushions don’t hold their shape and you end up slouching, giving you a sore back. Feathers are constantly poking out. One of the tufts in the seat came out in the first two weeks. It’s a nice looking sofa as long as you don’t sit on it. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. After six months, I sold it on kijiji and bought a well-made sofa somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered the Flow sectional weeks ago and have not received any contact, despite the delivery time on order being quoted as 2-7 business days.
We have since chased Noa Home and keep being told we will hear from Rhenus to deliver the sofa.
Today I have gone to see if there is another way to contact Noa Home to find they have shut down their UK site. So now we are out of pocket with no means of contact or the item we had paid for.
