Very Good Service
Placed order for Omega Crocodile Leather Strap on
02-10-2024. Order arrived within time however there was a quality issue with the strap. Contacted Calvin explaining the issue and attached photos. Received an immediate response apologising for the issue and a new strap was sent out to me straight away.
Very good service, have no problem purchasing again.

Thanks for writing back, just wanted to highlight the return policy for future buyers.
The mentioned strap bends at the attachment point to the watch, making it unsightly to wear.
USD18.75 shipping for a small item from China to Singapore is excessive as well (remember, this is one watch strap). Return policy regarding deductible of shipping cost is hidden deep in FAQs.

Hello, The Yacht Club Chronograph 22mm Rubber Strap you purchased went through 100% quality control before shipping, has many repeat customers, it comes with remover tool and all spring bars, we also provide 1 year warranty, 3-5 days fast express delivery to Singapore, free replacement resending service due to quality problems will be provided. You didn't mention any problem or reason for return from the beginning, if you have any problem please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to solve it, random buying is not a good idea as the original postage is expensive and we are difficult to afford it, thank you so much.

Buyer beware, very low quality items
very low quality items that are marked up to give the illusion of quality. misaligned straps, poor workmanship, returns are prohibitively expensive. buyer beware.
***Added after seller posted a basic lie that i asked for a free item. Simply not the case, i asked for a refund and agreed to ship back.
