Just returned from another Ambassador Cruise booked via Sam at No Fuss Holidays, The cruise was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.The whole booking experience with Sam was faultless and very competitive.

We recently booked our cruise and stay holiday through Sam at No Fuss Holidays, and we were very pleased with the service and support throughout.

The trip took us across the Adriatic, Ionian and Mediterranean Seas, with ports of call including Valletta in Malta, Messina in Sicily, Argostoli in Kefalonia, Corfu Town and Kotor in Montenegro, before finishing with a three-night stay in Dubrovnik.

This was our first time travelling with Marella, having only ever cruised with Ambassador before, and we were very impressed. It is always a bit of a leap trying a different cruise line, but the experience was excellent and it has made future choices much harder — in a good way. From now on, itinerary may well be the deciding factor rather than the cruise company.

The itinerary was busy, with only one sea day and then a different port every day, but that made the holiday feel full of variety, history, scenery and great memories. Every stop had something different to offer, although Dubrovnik probably stood out slightly because we had a little more time there.

The holiday did not get off to the smoothest start, with traffic delays on the way to the airport followed by a long delay while sitting on the plane. Thankfully, once we finally got away and onboard, everything improved and we were able to enjoy the trip properly.

Sam was helpful, friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. It is reassuring to book through someone who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to make sure you get the right holiday rather than just any holiday.

I'm going on an Ambassador cruise next week (2026) thanks to Sam at No Fuss Travel. She managed to find me a cancellation on a sold out cruise and was so helpful and pleasant throughout. I booked (as a solo) with Sam from No Fuss Holidays mainly because she has a very active Facebook group where one can really join in with the excitement. The booking conversation was pleasant and efficient. All done and paid for within 5 minutes. So a year ago we booked an Ambassador Cruise to Scotland and Norway in March 2026 for 16 nights.
We used Sam at No Fuss Holidays. Unbeknownst to us we were entered into a competition that Sam was running.

Low and behold we won the Festive Christmas Taster on Ambition. (Some of the photos are from Ambience. As I'm sure both ships are decorated with similar stock).

It was 3 days and 2 nights of an unforgettable high quality Cruise.

We couldn't fault anything. We did upgrade to a suite.

I have a severe food allergy and was so anxious about whether the chefs would understand.

Sam assured me that she had informed Ambassador and to try not to worry.

We had only been on board for half an hour when I had a one to one meeting with the head chef.

They got it spot on and if anything they were so concerned they wouldn't get it right.

The food was delicious and the staff so friendly.

We didn't want the cruise to end.
