I have purchased several bracelets, earrings and necklaces. For myself and for gifts. I love everything I wear! I love seeing gifted items on friends in their FB pictures. Seeing them wear it for all occasions makes me feel like I gave the perfect gift.

This is the the 4th piece of mermaid glass I have purchased from NOGU (2 bracelets, one necklace and pair of earrings) and I love them all!! My purple unicorn mermaid glass bracelet came today so now I can wear it with my other one. Which by the way I have worn for a few years non stop. Showering, swimming, sleeping you name it! Just wish I would have started an account way back when.

I have had the bracelet less than a month...beads have started splitting in half and just falling off the bracelet...total JUNK

They state on their website that the beads are hand blown pieces made by themselves, and made out of glass. I really think this not true. I found the exact same beads on AliExpress for 20 cents each. Mine have a plastic coating and only glow for a few minutes. I feel bad buying them: way overpriced and feels like yet another instagram ad scam.

Shipping was exceptionally fast and paid $10 US for 1 to 2 day UPS abs received it in 1 day from ship date. I was looking for something interesting to get my wife for Valentines Day and thought they looked nice and glass was in lilac, which is her favorite color. Bought three pieces of the firefly glass jewelry (ear rings, necklace, and bracelet) and got the charger and a mermaid glass bracelet for free.

However. The issue is that these items look MUCH nicer in their website than the reality. They look like kids jewelry. They seem to be decently made, but there is no way I'm giving these to my wife, knowing she wouldn't like the qualityhow they look. I instead will make them a gift for my daughter who is 30 and wears a variety of jewelry of all sorts. The free mermaid glass bracelet looks like it's made out of clear plastic beads, not glass, however does look really nice in sunlight or bright light. The firefly jewelry looks a bit hoaky and cheap when it's lit up and it glows for maybe a minute with the free UV charger light. Frankly it looks better when it isn't glowing.

In my opinion, this jewelry is way over priced and more of a gimmick but to each their own. I certainly wont be ordering more but could see my daughter enjoying it.

Saw them as a pop up ad on FAKEBOOK -- thought they had beautiful jewelry -- didn't click on the ad, but did visit the site -- saw MANY beautiful pieces -- bought 3 gifts and 3 for myself -- website was very easy to navigate -- transaction was smooth -- received delivery VERY fast -- received a bonus product, and all ordered products are beautiful -- all had individual nice packaging -- completely satisfied with a perfect transaction -- Thank You Nogu, will shop you again --

Men’s bracelet is very very small. Now my 9 year old son is wearing it. The other bracelets for my wife and mother were not even close in color as per the website’s illustration. False advertising. Disputing this charge on my credit card. Buyer beware.

It's a NoGo! Truly sad I really liked my bracelet. However their respond to my husband's negative review about having shipping issues twice,was extremely unprofessional . They posted personal information online and it took over 5 hours to remove it. I do not feel safe with purchasing from them ever again. It's crazy how helpful nogu was to the other person that was was experiencing similar issues. P.S. I really hope the "Owner" reads this and make better business choice and choose to look out better for their clients.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER: This is an honest review, and albeit a couple of issues with the order, I am giving a very much well deserved five stars due to the speed and efficiency at resolving the issues.
I have long yearned to own some of the NOGU Studio bracelets, and following the offers on for Black Friday decided to take advantage of the fantastic offers available. I ordered several bracelets for myself and a couple as a birthday present for my daughter.
Delivery was very quick and efficient with DHL, and they arrived within a few days of placing the order. Sadly I was missing two of the bracelets, however I got straight on to Customer Services and they were brilliant at sorting it out. Again within a few days the two missing bracelets arrived. Unfortunately one of the bracelets was incorrect, but without fail the Customer Services were excellent at resolving the issue and the third package again arrived within a matter of a few days. It was unfortunate that there was an issue with the order, but have to say NOGU could not have done more to resolve it. The Customer Services Team have been superb every step of the way and I look forward to placing more orders in the future. I absolutely love my Mermaid Glass bracelets, they are stunning, well made and look ammmmaaaazzzzing!!! I can see me getting the whole range eventually!! Love love love them.

I've been ordering from this company for almost a year now. I love their stud earrings and when they discount them (from $30s to $9.99) I order several to keep on hand as gifts for my favorite nurses I encounter on regular basis, and for my friends and family. They love them too and because I get them on sale I am able to gift often, and they come in great looking gift boxes.
It happened twice that an earring broke, once right away when I opened the box, once after I handled the earring roughly...as soon as I emailed Nogu, they promptly sent a new pair, without the hassle of sending the broken pair back, no questions asked. Both times they have also provided a $10 toward my next purchase, on top of the replacement! What more could I ask for? Excellent customer service has me returning as a customer and recommending the company to my friends. And I get compliments from strangers all the time on the unique earrings gracing my face.
