My wife could barely feel the Nomisk Maia for periods massager.

I order the Maia and added the Luna to my order through a promotion going on. I choose the 2 day shipping option. Well it took about a week to show up and for some reason the order got split into two separate orders and the Luna showed up and Maia is still MIA. I contacted customer support last week and got some run around the block answer.
Gave the wife the Luna for Christmas. It doesn’t charge its battery and is very uncomfortable to wear. Went to request a refund and their site is closed down. How convenient…

Shipped with Canada post. Canada post says that they have not record of the tracking number you supplied. Still no package and no tracking number after 9 business days. Contacted support and was told that you have issues with Canada post. Is it the only way to ship? Please look into this and fix it. I cannot review the product itself, as it has not been received.

I ordered on December 13, with the one to five Days shipping date didn’t process till the 17 and I intended to order it for Christmas. I tried looking at the tracking website but it does not show and the website is down, saying it’s opening soon. I wish they were more transparent with my shipping. Update, I received my order on December 27!

Stop now and buy from a different brand, this product cost an arm and a leg for such a piece of crap. The Mia is louder then a jet taking off so good luck relaxing. I guess that is supposed to be the massage function but that doesn’t feel like anything. The heating element must be broken as after 30min of being on it is barely warm to the touch even though it states that it can warm up to 55c +- 4c.

The only thing you can look forward to with this product is hoping to get your money back.

Maia heating belt is definitely not reaching 50°C. The heat is why I purchased it for my wife for Christmas.

It’s been 9 days since I ordered this thinking that it would arrive on time for Xmas. Not only did it not arrive but I’m still waiting for a delivery date. I didn’t get a choice of shipping. It was what you had and what you have is horrible shipping.

The product only pinpoints a small area for head and massage. The massage is not that strong as well.

Never got the product. Shipping label was made but the it was never shipped. Really makes me mad because it was supposed to bo a Christmas present.

Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas delivery and here I sit 12/24 with no item. The issue is that there was not another shipping option other than 1-5 days.

Terrible customer service. Just thanked me for my patience and completely ignored my issue.

I got the neck and stomach products and I absolutely love them. They help with cramps and neck pains if you have to look down at a computer all day.

Looks like the shipping label was created but has not been delivered to USPS and shipping hasn’t been updated since Dec 20th. Not happy…this was a Christmas gift that is obviously not going to make it.

I ordered this for my wife as a Christmas gift. The add states 1 to 5 day shipment. I guess that must be when it leaves the warehouse. Customer service informed me it was usually 8 to 10 business days. It is Christmas Eve and I still cannot see my package on the tracking link I was provided.

Update: I received the item 2 days after Christmas. My wife tried it and said that it was not hot enough and the massage was not powerful enough. Kind of disappointed.

6 days and still hasnt shipped. I ordered with confidence that the item would be here by Christmas. Though I see a place to review I have yet found a way to cancel my order

I’m just wondering when this product is going to be shipped to me. I know I ordered it eight days before Christmas, but it hasn’t even left California yet per the tracking status. I’m more disappointed that nothing is happening and my wife won’t get the gift in time.
